Tim wanted some alone time to sort through what had happened earlier and he also wanted to give Meesha some room to gather her thoughts and cool down.
Meesha enjoys being at home with her family. Despite not being overly affectionate toward Meesha, her mother genuinely cares for her.
Meesha's mother believed they had gotten their old daughter back, who had changed after getting married, because she was so upbeat, joyful, and vivacious.
Meesha's father, Mr. Ashok Oberoi, is a businessman. Originally from India, he relocated to Thailand for professional purposes and is currently the proprietor of a well-known restaurant chain in Bangkok. Her mother, Kristen Oberoi, is a Canadian who worked as an English professor.
Even though Meesha's family is wealthy, they have experienced some difficult times, which is why they do not take things lightly. Meesha was the only one who lived carefree during the time when everyone else was working hard.
She worked hard because of her mother's constant reprimands, but in the process, she lost her joy and cheerfulness.
Meesha's mother used to miss her cheerful and carefree daughter whenever Meesha paid them a visit after getting married. Although she did not think Meesha's life would end up this way, she still wanted her to have a meaningful one.
Meesha dashes to her room, but it does not appear to be hers. Gazing around her room, she is depressed and wonders what could have happened to alter her so drastically.
Never before has her room been so dull. She calls her mother.
"Mom, what is this? Why is my room the way it is? My posters, lightings, and paintings are gone." Meesha, clinging to her room's empty wall, asks.
Meesha's mother is taken aback by her sudden changes in her.
"You made changes to the room settings. Your room has looked like this for the past two years. Mom, who is making her bed, says, "Why are you talking about your old room now?
Meesha understands she is in the future. She is no longer the same person she was in the past.
Nevertheless, she needs to find out what changed, or else she will not be able to survive without raising suspicions in the minds of people.
Her mother asks if she wants to eat anything.
"Uhm! "Pancakes, indeed, it has been a while since I had your unique pancakes," Meesha remarks, her mouth dripping.
It's 8 at night. Meesha is speaking with Cyril, her younger brother, who is a student overseas. Her brother's serious approach to his studies surprised her more than anything else.
Meesha's mother advises her to find out from Tim whether he will be picking her up. Meesha responds that she has already done so and he is en route.
"How come the day went by so fast? "I have so many things to share," Meesha says as she tosses and turns in bed.
She rises from her bed and opens her closet. Although her clothes are in it, they do not appear to be hers. Over the years, her taste grew worse.
"Ugh! Why would I dress in these clothes? Meesha runs her hand over them and says, "I need to change them."
"Oh! "It is the same diary," Meesha declares. "I seem to have written a diary. Holding her diary, Meesha asks herself, "But why is it here, it should be at Tim's house?"
Tim arrived before she could even open it. Her mother asks her to hurry because it is getting dark. Meesha makes certain she brings her diary.
As soon as they get home, they head upstairs while everyone else is already asleep. Meesha asks Tim to take a look at her diary.
"What's new? Tim says, 'I have seen you write on this diary numerous times.
"Oh God! Meesha makes fun of Tim, saying, "I have a goldfish memory, but it seems like you are no better than me."
"It was not me who wrote the diary; it was my future self. This means I can read it and understand what she was going through," Meesha says as she swirls around Tim.
"Maybe I can figure out why I am here."
Tim reaches out to grasp Meesha's hand and tells her to stop spinning around him like a clock because he is starting to feel lightheaded.
"Go ahead and see if you can uncover anything in it. But we have to get on with something more important," Tim says, handing her some documents.
"What's this?" Asks Meesha.
"Have you always been so stupid, or did it just happen? I have given you these documents to read. After you check them, you will know," Tim says.
Meesha teases him by pulling a funny face behind his back, but when he turns to face her again, it changes.
