Divine Sorcery

" Was this meant to happen to me? At this time? For me to become one of them!! The ones that I loathe and the ones that I want to eliminate!! Is the perfect division for my life a tragedy?!", says the boy while falling from a cliff, while tears were rolling down from his eyes, while the darkness was slowly engulfing him. 

3 months before...

"Aunt Tsubomi I have come back," said the boy after opening the door. "Welcome back!! Kai, how did school go? And where is Matsuri?". Kai replied that big sister would be coming after handing out with her friends in Shibuya. "That girl!! Although she is your older sister I get the feeling that she is younger than you. Let that girl come home!!", said the aunt. Kai went to his room and started reading the Atomic Habits book while lying on his bed and contemplating. He asks himself," I have aced the national exams till now while being ranked 1 but can I ace it when he is also there this time." Then he laughed minimally and said," Things will be seen, I shouldn't focus on the results but my execution system!!" With a fire in his eyes he starts to study. 

The sky has become almost dark and the moon rose in the pink background. Kai takes a break from his studies and gets to the terrace, he says to himself that the sky was too beautiful today. Suddenly he saw a girl with black hair and running to the house. He calls out," Big sister Matsuri!!!" and she replies," What is it idiot Kai?" Kai smiles thinking that his sister was always herself. Kai runs to the kitchen and asks his aunt if he has to help her with the cooking. His aunt replied that you were always helping me with the dishes and to call his sloth sister. Kai walks to his sister's room and calls out," Big sister Mom is asking you to come to the kitchen." Matsuri replies," I will be com.." With the sudden stop in her voice and the breaking of the window, Kai senses something wrong happening inside her room. He used all his force and kicked the door open and he shouted," Sister where are you? Where did you disappear off too?" He ran to the broken window and looked down, there were traces of blood in the grass. He jumps to the lawn and follows the trace. The trace was leading him to the railway tracks. The train suddenly appears and disappears quickly. He shouts with rage," Oii leave my sister!!" He runs to the other side of the tracks and enters the forest and he spots the man who is holding his sister in her hair and dragging her." He runs as fast as he can, he clenches his fist and with full force leaps to the man. The man slashes him in one of his eyes and kicks him to the ground. Kai almost on the verge of losing consciousness looks at that monster and says," Leave my sister!!" The cold wind started to blow and the drops of water started to fall on the leaves and out of the blue there started a downpour with thunder. The unconscious Kai lay on the ground with sorrow on his face. The tears rolled down from his eyes. 

The clouds got clear and the sun rose above them, the rays fell on the police officers who were standing in front of Kai's house investigating the whole incident. Kai's aunt was crying and asked them," Where is my husband, is he in the police HQ?" The man said," Don't worry sister we are relaying all the information we found here to Sir, he has taken the case of the disappearance of his daughter and nephew." She started to cry more sadly after thinking about them again. The police were investigating the whole house, particularly the broken window." 

"Sir we finally got the CCTV footage of the two," shouted one of the police officers. "Great, I am coming for you Matsuri, Kai!!", said Ken. They crossed the railway tracks and deployed the forensic team as well as the soldiers to search every part of the forest. The team with the determination to find both starts the search. Suddenly a call from the HQ comes to Ken and the Police Chief says," Ken, I know as a father and an uncle how much your daughter and your nephew meant for you, I know someone as qualified as you will be able to find them." Ken replies," I will find them and get them back to the home."

Somewhere, miles away...

"Boy, what is your name?" asks a man wearing a white coat.
