"Yeah." replied Izuku, smirking as he looked at himself.
"It's time for me to leave. You'll stay as you are until you decide to look like me. It will be permanent." Goku Black said, his body starting to vanish.
"Heh... so we will become one now, huh? Well, thanks for telling me and for the training." Izuku said.
"Tch, don't thank me. See you in the afterlife or hell." Goku Black replied.
"Of course. See you there." Izuku said.
"Heh." Goku Black smirked before vanishing.
Izuku woke up with a groan. "Ugh." He stood up and looked around. "Hmm, so this is the hospital." He saw a mirror and stood in front of it. "So he wasn't kidding, huh?" A knock on the door interrupted him. "Come in."
"Hmm, looks like you're awake and well." said the doctor as he entered.
"Tch, 'mortals.' Yeah, I feel okay." Izuku replied.
"I need to do some tests to see if you're really okay. Can I?" the doctor asked.
"Tch, fine. Get it over with." Izuku said.

"Well, looks like you're really okay, like you said. You also have a visitor. Do you want her to come in?" the doctor said.
"Hmm, who is it?" Izuku asked.
"It's your mother, Inko Midoriya." the doctor replied.
"Let her in." Izuku said.
"Alright." The doctor stepped out, and suddenly, Inko barged in.
"My baby boy!" she exclaimed, hugging him tightly.
"UGH, Mom!" Izuku gasped.
"Oh, I'm so sorry! Are you okay?" she asked, releasing him.
"Yes, I'm alright. How did I get to the hospital?" Izuku inquired.
"A pro hero found you and brought you here." Inko explained.
"Who?" Izuku asked, curious.
Before Inko could answer, they heard a knock on the door.
"Who is it?" Izuku called.
"A pro hero," came the response.
Surprised, Izuku said ".... Come in."
Aizawa entered the room. "My name is Shota Aizawa, but you may also know me as Eraser Head."
"Well, Mr. Aizawa, can you tell me what happened?" Izuku asked.
"Alright." Aizawa replied.

"Hmm? What is...?" Shota said as he walked near a school. He saw a notebook with some red liquid. "Is that blood?" he wondered, squinting at a window. Without hesitation, he ran inside the school.
"Eraser Head! What are you doing here?" the principal exclaimed as he spotted Shota.
"I saw blood on the window of that classroom. Hurry up and open it!" Shota demanded, pointing at the classroom.
"Yes, sir!" the principal replied. They rushed to the classroom.
"Well? Open it!" Shota urged.
"A-alright..." The principal opened the door, eyes widening. "W-WHAT THE?!"
"What is it?" Shota asked as he stepped inside, spotting a young boy. "WHAT THE HELL?!" He dashed in, scooping the boy up and running out.
"Shit! Shit! Shit!" the principal muttered, watching Shota sprint away.
"Get out of the way!" Shota shouted as he pushed through the crowd. He burst into the hospital. "I NEED A DOCTOR NOW!"
"Put him on the medical bed!" the doctors shouted as he laid the boy down.
"Come on, help me push him!" Shota urged.
All the doctors came together to wheel Izuku to the emergency room.
"You have to go to the waiting room." one doctor told Shota.
"Alright, but hurry up!" Shota said, anxiety written on his face.
After several hours...
"Doctor, how is he?" Shota asked as the doctor approached him.
"It looks like he's been hit by explosions multiple times. Some of his bones are broken." the doctor explained.
"How severe?" Shota inquired.
"He has a shattered jaw, cracked ribs, internal bleeding, and third-degree burns. It could lead to organ failure or severe blood loss, resulting in a coma." the doctor stated.
"When is he going to wake up?" Shota asked, his heart sinking.
"Probably in ten months." the doctor replied.
"How much does it cost?" Shota asked, bracing himself.
"68,000 yen," the doctor answered.
"Alright." Shota said, paying the amount.
//Flashback.//
"I see... What happened to the school after that?" Izuku asked.
"I interrogated the principal with a detective, and after everything was said, we shut down the school." Shota explained.
"Thank you again." Izuku said.
"It's okay, kid. I have to go now. Bye." Shota said as he turned to leave.
"Bye." Izuku and Inko replied in unison.
Shota exited the room, and Inko turned to Izuku. "If you don't mind, can you tell me what happened to you?"
"Well, Mother, I want to tell you what happened, involving something I want to explain at home. Can we go now?" Izuku said.
"Oh, sure!" Inko nodded, looking at the doctor who had just entered. "Can my son leave now, doctor?"
"Yes, he's okay to leave now." the doctor replied.
"Let's go then. But where are my clothes?" Izuku asked.
"They're in the closet," the doctor replied.
"Can you two leave so I can change?" Izuku requested.
"Sure," the doctor and Inko said as they stepped out.
Izuku took a breath. "Time to get changed."
//After he changed.//
"Well, let's go, Mom." Izuku said, stepping out.
"Sure, sweetie." Inko replied.
"Don't call me that!" Izuku protested, blushing with embarrassment.
Inko giggled. "Let's go."
//After they arrived home.//
"So, Mother, how much time do I have until the U.A. exams?" Izuku asked.
"It's just a week, but are you sure you want to go? You haven't trained much, and I'm worried about you." Inko said.
"I'll be okay. That's what I wanted to tell you about." Izuku replied.
"Alright, tell me what you want, sweetie." Inko said.
Izuku took a deep breath and explained what Katsuki had done to him and that he was the reincarnation of GB.
"W-What?! Why would Katsuki do that?!" Inko exclaimed.
"I don't know, Mom, but please don't call Auntie." Izuku pleaded.
"A-Alright, but about the reincarnation thing, let me paraphrase to see if I understand. So, basically, when you got beat by Katsuki, you lost consciousness, met Goku Black, who chose to reincarnate you as him because you are a pure soul, and then he trained you?" Inko summarized.
"Yeah, that's basically it." Izuku confirmed.
"W-Well, I'm very happy for you! Now you can become a hero!" Inko said, beaming.
"Thanks, Mom. Also, there's another thing." Izuku added.
"Hm?" Inko prompted.
"I can transform to look like him since I'm his reincarnation, but it will be permanent, okay?" Izuku explained.
"I-It's okay, baby." Inko said, reassuring him.
"Alright, close your eyes." Izuku instructed.
"O-Okay," Inko said, closing her eyes.
Izuku transformed.
"You can open them now..." Izuku said, waiting.
Inko gasped. "W-Wow! You look entirely different, and you have a gi now!"
"Yeah..." Izuku smirked, feeling the change within him.
"I'm heading out to train in the backyard, okay?" said Izuku.
"Alright, good luck! I'm sure you'll be at the top, sweetheart." Inko replied.
"Yeah..." said Izuku.
