Its an energy that is in every living being.
By drawing it out the user can manipulate it and use it to enhance their strength or speed or endurance and can also use it to fly or do a ki attack like a ki blast or energy wave, and they can learn to sense ki with it or to make weapons also they can increase their attacks to inflict greater damage to opponents also normally the more the ki is increased the harder it is to control.
There's five types of ki which is:
REGULAR OR GOOD KIi:
A type of ki used by anyone that holds no evil intentions, some techniques needs good ki to work like for example the spirit bomb.
Usually the color of it is white, some techniques or forms changes the color such as the ssj forms or kaioken or ultra instinct.
EVIL KI:
A type of ki that is manifested by beings with evil intentions , the nature of this ki can be changed such as with vegeta who eventually become a good person.
Usually the color of it is purple or pink like Vegeta or Freeza in the saiyans saga or namek saga or Freeza saga however users like cumber who have dark ki are able to corrupt others into becoming evil, the demon Janemba is the phyisical manifestation of this type of ki.
GODLY KI:
A special type of ki used by godly beings, godly ki is far superior to regular ki, however a regular ki can still outmatch a godly ki user like Jiren or golden/black Freeza, it's color is different depending on the user, godly ki does also have a type which is:.
GOD OF DESTRUCTION KI:
Gods of destruction have a special type of godly ki fueled by their own energy of destruction, its color is purple.
EVIL GODLY KI:
A type of ki that combines the properties of evil and godly ki which our MC will be using , the only known users to this are Goku black, fused Zamasu, future Zamasu, its color is black.
TRIO OF DANGER'S KI:
In the anime, the members of trio of danger have this special type of ki that can't be detected by other ki users.

Heavenly arrow: Its a continuous energy bullet variation of the black power ball combining god split cut and god splitter it can be used as a medium to fire multiple god splitter energy spheres in the form of ki blast.
Divine retribution: A more powerful version of the black power ball in the ssj rose form, he can also use it like a energy wave and this version's core becomes white when fired.
Instant transmission: A teleportation technique, it allows the user or anyone touching them to instantly travel great distances just by concentrating on a particular individual's ki and feeling that being's location the user can rematerialize anywhere within a short range of their target.
Sudden death beam: A combination of goku black's divine retribution and instant transmission used by goku black in his ssj rose form.
Continuous black power ball: A rapid fire version of the technique , appearing as small golden ki blasts with black outline.
Black kamehameha: Goku black is shown to use a black colored version of the kamehameha.
Super black kamehameha: A stronger version of the Black Kamehameha used by Goku Black in his Super Saiyan Rosé form

Violent fierce god slicer: Black is able to use an enhanced version of the technique, he emits a blade of violet energy from his hand to slash and stab his opponent. It seems to be enhanced by the form's ki aura. In the manga, Black used this technique in his base form to mortally wound his former master, Gowasu.

Mass replication: From the energy of the rift, Black is able to form many clones of himself known as shadows. The Shadows are unstable and if they were hit, they would disperse, but can immediately reform themselves after. They appear to have the same physical might as Black himself. Energy shield: In the manga, Black is shown using this to defend against Super Saiyan Vegeta's ki blast attack.
Spirit boost: A Kiai version that allows the user to protect themselves from any incoming attacks. Black uses this technique in the manga after future trunks fired his Masenko towards at him.
Spirit shot: In the manga, Black uses this in order to clear the dust that Future Trunks had created.
Invisible eye blast: the ability to shoot an invisible blast of ki out of his eyes. Used against Future Mai in the manga.
Telekinesis: Black is able to utilize telekinesis to hold down his foes. Black uses this against Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta, but it didn't work on him, and later against Future Trunks in the manga.
Kaioken: Its a technique that multiplies the users strength and speed and sensory awareness it also appears to have no limits in multiplying the user's power level and it multiplies the user's power level for a heartbeat and also have the cost of damaging the user's body temporary but it can be permanent, if he multiplies his power level using the kaioken more than he is capable of, his body will be beyond repair it also have a red aura around the user.
