Ye Ningbing learned from her conversation with this fifty-year-old woman that her name was Hu Lian, she lived in a small provincial city in Jiaodong, and she had come to Yanjing to find her daughter and son.
Ye Ningbing, who had grown up in Yanjing City, knew the area pretty well, and since the place Hu Lian was trying to find was nearby, the two of them walked through the streets and alleys without much effort and soon arrived at Xinghe Road.
"Aunt Hu, this is Xinghe Road, and number thirty-eight is at the end of this street. If you walk along this road, you should be able to find it," Ye Ningbing said to Hu Lian.
