...

After retrieving their chariot in a quiet corner of Yorknew City, Mika and his four companions made their way back to their hotel.

"By the way, besides Gon and me, are you planning to invite Leorio to join the Yahweh Familia?" Killua asked, walking ahead of the group and looking back at Mika.

"Of course. And besides Leorio, I'm also planning to invite Kurapika. I think he could really benefit from the power of Falna," Mika replied.

Killua nodded in agreement. Indeed, for Kurapika, who carried a deep-seated vendetta against the Phantom Troupe, no amount of power would ever be enough.

"But your strength has increased incredibly fast, hasn't it?" Gon remarked.

"I feel like even all the members of the Phantom Troupe combined might not be a match for you."

"Yeah, I think so too," Killua added.

"Of course! Don't underestimate me! I've faced trials in many different worlds, and with all the incredible abilities I've gained, I'm not afraid of anyone," Mika boasted with a grin.

Despite his confident words, Mika was still wary of the strange and unpredictable Nen abilities.

His ability to overwhelm the Phantom Troupe stemmed from the fact that none of them possessed particularly unusual or troublesome Nen abilities.

If he encountered someone like Killua's younger sister, Alluka, Mika would steer clear without hesitation.

The things that originated from the Dark Continent were far too dangerous and unpredictable.

"Other worlds?! Mika, tell us about them!" Gon exclaimed, his curiosity piqued.

"Alright, alright. I'll start with the world of demons and swordsmen."

Mika began recounting the story of "Demon Slayer" to Gon and Killua.

...

"I see. So, this is what happened while I was away."

In an abandoned building, Chrollo Lucilfer sat perched on a high vantage point, surveying the injured members of the Phantom Troupe gathered below. His expression was grim.

This abandoned building wasn't their original hideout.

The previous one had been destroyed by the thunderous onslaught of the Gordius Wheel.

Chrollo had been shocked by the scene upon his return.

He eventually contacted Machi and, guided by her Nen threads, made his way to this new base.

After a moment of silence, Chrollo addressed the somber group. "We'll leave this city tonight."

BOOM!

Chrollo's words sent shockwaves through the room.

All eyes turned to him, their expressions a mix of surprise, shame, and dawning realization.

"Danchou, could you explain your decision?" Shalnark asked, sensing the growing tension.

He understood his companions' feelings.

Mika was incredibly strong. Even the strongest members of the Phantom Troupe, fighting together, couldn't gain an advantage.

This was a humiliating defeat for them.

Although they hadn't voiced their feelings openly, they had been eagerly awaiting Chrollo's return, hoping he would lead them in a counterattack to avenge their humiliation.

But now, they were met with this unexpected decision.

It was a bitter pill to swallow.

"Today, I stole a Nen ability from the daughter of the Nostrade Family," Chrollo explained calmly.

"It's a form of divination that grants one hundred percent accurate prophecies in the form of poems. By obtaining certain information about a person, it can predict their future for the next four weeks."

The Troupe members nodded, having already suspected something similar.

After all, the mafia had managed to move all their valuables before their arrival.

This suggested either a traitor within their ranks or the presence of a fortune teller among their enemies.

They had already considered this possibility.

And it had been Chrollo's target all along.

"So, Danchou, what did the prophecy say?" Shalnark pressed.

The others leaned in, their expressions grim.

"The prophecy foretold that if we remain in Yorknew City, we will all perish. The Spider will cease to exist."

"Impossible!"

A cacophony of disbelief filled the abandoned building.

Chrollo calmly took a seat, his gaze sweeping over the assembled members.

When he first received the prophecy from Neon, he had struggled to accept it.

But Neon's expression had betrayed no hint of deception.

This had unsettled him.

Unlike his usual composure, Chrollo was genuinely shaken.

If the prophecy had foretold his own death, he wouldn't have batted an eye.

As Lelouch had once said, "The only ones who should kill are those who are prepared to be killed."

As a notorious thief responsible for countless deaths, Chrollo had long since made peace with the concept of mortality.

He cared little for death, whether his own or others'.

However, he did have a weakness: the demise of the Phantom Troupe.

He couldn't bear the thought of the Spider's destruction.

That was why he was so disturbed.

Chrollo's silence prompted the others to fall silent as well, awaiting his further explanation.

"Initially, I was puzzled as to how we would meet our end," Chrollo continued, breaking the silence. "But now I understand."

"The individual you encountered must be acquainted with the Chain User. Even those two boys seem to know him."

"But I didn't find any information about a Chain User in their memories," Pakunoda pointed out.

"Perhaps those two boys are unaware of his identity as the Chain User. Maybe the person they know didn't reveal that information to them," Shalnark speculated.

"That must be it," Chrollo agreed, nodding. "Based on my deduction, if we continue operating in Yorknew City, we will inevitably encounter the Chain User, and those two boys will be involved."

"And then that 'monster' will be drawn into the conflict, leading to our complete annihilation!"

"I can't think of any other scenario that would result in our demise. Therefore, to be safe, we're leaving tonight."

Despite their reluctance, the Troupe members obeyed Chrollo's command.

Suddenly, Nobunaga rose and headed towards the exit.

"Nobunaga, where are you going?"

"That guy slipped me a note with the location of Uvogin's body. I'm going to retrieve him and bring him back."

"Just in case, you guys should stay here."

With a wave of his hand, Nobunaga left the hideout, his heart heavy with the weight of their recent loss.

---

In the wilderness, at the location marked on the note Mika had left, Nobunaga diligently dug with a shovel.

Soon, the other members of the Phantom Troupe gathered around him.

"Why are you all here? This could be a trap. What if we're surrounded?" Nobunaga shouted.

Unlike his previous agitated state, Nobunaga was remarkably calm now, or rather, this was his usual demeanor. His earlier outburst had been fueled by grief over Uvogin's death, clouding his judgment.

Therefore, after Mika's departure, Nobunaga hadn't reacted to the note immediately, choosing instead to await Chrollo's decision.

When Chrollo decided to leave Yorknew City, Nobunaga finally felt at ease enough to check the location on the note, to see if Uvogin's body was truly there.

"I trust the prophecy" Chrollo said calmly, plunging his aura-infused shovel into the ground and effortlessly lifting a clod of earth. "The prophecy's predictions are based on weekly intervals. According to its verses, we are safe during this first week."

"Besides, now that we know where Uvogin is buried, how can we leave him here?"

The Troupe members fell silent, the weight of their loss settling upon them.

In this somber atmosphere, they quickly unearthed Uvogin's body.

The sight of their fallen comrade intensified the grief that permeated the air.

...

"So, because the Phantom Troupe left, your family's young lady successfully completed the auction, and now you finally have time to meet with us." Killua summarized Kurapika's explanation as they sat across from him.

"Yes," Kurapika nodded slowly. "I don't believe the Phantom Troupe will simply give up. Their sudden departure is puzzling."

Hearing Kurapika's confusion, Gon and Killua exchanged glances before recounting their encounter with Mika.

"You're saying Mika single-handedly defeated the Phantom Troupe?"

"Not exactly. The Troupe's leader wasn't there at the time," Gon added thoughtfully, stroking his chin.

"That doesn't make much of a difference!" Kurapika exclaimed.

As the leader of the Phantom Troupe, Chrollo's combat abilities were likely the strongest among them.

However, even Chrollo wouldn't claim he could simultaneously defeat two of the Troupe's most powerful fighters.

While strong, Chrollo's strength was still within the realm of his comrades.

Yet, Mika had effortlessly injured all the combat-oriented members. His power was on a different level compared to Chrollo.

"Mika, how did you do it?" Kurapika asked urgently, turning towards Mika, who was discussing money-making strategies with Leorio.

"How did you become so strong in such a short time?"

"Through vows and restrictions, of course," Mika replied with a chuckle.

Disappointment washed over Kurapika.

Vows and restrictions were also the source of his own strength, but each individual's were unique and highly personal.

Therefore, Mika's method offered no practical guidance for him.

This was a disheartening realization for Kurapika, who desperately craved power.

But Mika wasn't finished.

"And a certain ability that unlocks hidden potential."

"An ability that unlocks potential?!" Kurapika's eyes lit up.

"Mika, can I learn this ability?"

When it came to acquiring power, Kurapika had no qualms about setting aside his pride. Driven by his burning desire for revenge, he cared little for appearances.

Mika gestured towards Gon and Killua.

The two boys, who had been waiting for this moment, eagerly launched into a detailed explanation, relaying everything Mika had told them to Kurapika.

The revelation of the existence of gods shocked both Kurapika and Leorio, who had been listening intently.

They were bombarded with questions.

However, Gon and Killua, having already been through this themselves, patiently addressed all their inquiries.

After his questions were answered, Kurapika turned to Mika with a serious expression. "Mika, can I join the Yahweh Familia?"

"Of course! I've been waiting for you and Leorio," Mika replied, extending his hand towards Leorio.

"Are you in, Leorio?"

"With all of you joining, how can I be left behind?"

Leorio grasped Mika's hand, a determined glint in his eyes.

With Gabriel's efficient work, Gon, Killua, Kurapika, and Leorio officially became members of the Yahweh Familia.

They were also appointed as the leaders of the Yahweh Familia's Hunter x Hunter world branch.

After receiving their Falna, both Gon and Killua, awestruck by the power and the changes within their bodies, immediately began training.

Leorio, still determined to pursue his medical studies, absorbed the knowledge about Nen and Falna before returning home to continue his preparations for medical school.

Meanwhile, Kurapika engaged in a more in-depth discussion with Mika.

...

"You're saying you want to leverage the Nostrade Family's influence to infiltrate the mafia and ultimately control their power?" Kurapika asked, his eyes wide with disbelief.

His initial goal had merely been to use the Nostrade Family's connections to gain access to the upper echelons of the mafia.

He hadn't anticipated Mika's audacious plan to seize control of the entire organization.

"I've chosen this course of action because now is the opportune moment."

"Last night, the Ten Dons, the leaders of the mafia, were assassinated by the Zoldyck Family, hired by the Phantom Troupe," Mika explained confidently.

Chrollo Lucilfer, the leader of the Phantom Troupe, was not a reckless individual.

When he targeted the mafia's auction, he had already planned his exit strategy.

Hiring the Zoldyck Family to eliminate the Ten Dons was part of his initial plan.

However, unforeseen circumstances had forced him to change his plans.

After learning about the Phantom Troupe's fate from Neon's prophecy, Chrollo had swiftly withdrawn from Yorknew City.

But the contract with the Zoldyck Family was already in motion and couldn't be rescinded.

Therefore, the Ten Dons were eliminated as planned.

"Now, with Neon's Nen ability stolen by Chrollo, her father, Light Nostrade, is bound to be in a state of panic," Mika continued.

"If we can gain control of Light Nostrade, we can use the Nostrade Family as a stepping stone to seize control of the entire mafia underworld."

Mika looked at Kurapika, his expression serious and determined.
