Lyfax, Katamatsu, and Ayushi entered the Seimiei Shrine. Inside, they found the Demonic Phantom Sword on a pedestal. Lyfax grasped the sword, feeling its heavy power.
Katamatsu nodded. "We need to train with this sword, Lyfax. It's powerful, but it can be dangerous."
Lyfax agreed, and they spent days training. Each swing of the sword took all of Lyfax's strength. Katamatsu guided him, while Ayushi watched with concern.
One evening, after a tough session, Lyfax sat down, exhausted. Ayushi came over, worry in her eyes.
"Lyfax," she said softly, "this is hard, but you're not alone. We're in this together."
Lyfax looked at her, feeling the weight of his burden. "This sword... it feels like a part of my father's darkness. I'm afraid of it."
Ayushi knelt beside him, touching his arm gently. "You're strong, Lyfax. You have a kind heart. Don't let this power change you. We believe in you."
Her words warmed Lyfax's heart. "Thank you, Ayushi. Your words mean a lot."
Ayushi hesitated, then spoke softly. "Lyfax, there's something I need to tell you. I... I love you."
Lyfax stood in front of Ayushi, his eyes serious. He took a deep breath and spoke.
"Reality is harsh, Ayushi. Nothing goes as planned. The more you live, the more you see that life is full of pain and loss. Where there's hope, despair is close behind. Where there are dreams, nightmares follow. If there are those who want to win, there will always be losers.
The desire to protect what we love often leads to conflict, and love can give birth to hatred. These are the ties of fate, but I won't accept them. The Uncrowned Demons took my family, and I won't rest until I avenge them.
Lyfax turned and look at the eyes of Ayushi.
"Ayushi, listen. I just want you to know, that your eyes have sparkle to lights up my world."
Ayushi's face blushes, fell, but she nodded. "I understand. Just know that I'm here for you."
Suddenly, ghostly figures appeared—the summoning spirits of Eurynomos. Ayushi gasped and fainted as the spirits' presence grew stronger.
Lyfax jumped up, holding the sword. "Stay back!" he shouted.
Katamatsu supported Ayushi. "We need to fight them off, Lyfax!"
The spirits closed in, whispering dark secrets. Lyfax swung the sword, pushing back the darkness. With a final swing, he dispelled the spirits, and the shrine fell silent.
Katamatsu helped Ayushi stand. "Are you alright?"
Ayushi nodded weakly. "I'll be okay. Thank you."
Lyfax sheathed the sword, his resolve strong. "We have to be ready. The Uncrowned Demons know we're here."
Ayushi smiled warmly. "We'll face whatever comes together, Lyfax. You're not alone."
Lyfax smiled back, feeling stronger. "Thank you, Ayushi. Let's get ready for the next battle."
As they regrouped, their bond grew stronger. Together, they were ready to face the darkness ahead
