Since Aragon was simply black mist at the moment, there was not telling what his expression could be at the moment.
"Why? It's to protect him. He needs to get as strong as possible for what's ahead. At the pace he's going, he won't last in this rotten place. And in order to do that, this was the only method. The fastest method."
"Cannibalism isn't something you toy with. If anything went wrong, he could've died you know? And if he dies, so do you."
"I know that, it's a step he must take in order to get stronger."
"Are you saying that I'll fail?"
"I don't know. I can only hope it doesn't consume him."
"The thrist. It will consume him, there's no doubt about it."
"I'm not so sure. That kid has a mentality like no other. He's managed to stay sane after being physically torn apart almost every day for a year. Any person would've given up and gone insane. But not Kenny."
"I hate to admit it, but your right. Even so, you know he won't be able to resist it. The more he does, the more insane he'll become."
Aragon sighed.
"Like I said, it's the only way. If he fails in overcoming it, he wouldn't have gone far anyway."
"He won't overcome it."
"We'll see."

As Kenny was swinging his Regalia, a sudden sharp pain filled his head. Instantly that small pain turned into an unbearable one.
Kenny fell to the floor as he screamed in pain.
Soon, his stomach began to growl loudly and his mouth started to drool.
If this was not enough, voices began to fill his head and he bang to see things.
The voices were loud in Kenny's head. So loud in fact that it was deafening. The voices sounded something like out of a nightmare with sharp and deep tones.
The voices yelled:
"Why!?"
"How dare you!?"
"You bastard!!"
"Why!?"
"Why!?"
"Why!?"
"Why!!?"
Kenny scream out in pain as he squirmed on the ground, hoping the pain would stop, but it never did.
Shadow figures appeared out of nowhere and stared at Kenny from afar and what seemed like skeletons crawled out of the ground ghosts out of a nightmare and began to tug at him and envelop him.
Only a dozen seconds after Kenny had dropped to the ground in pain, Ike came bursting through the door.
"What's happening?!"
Ike saw Kenny squirming on the ground yelling as he had his hands on his head, hoping to relieve the pain in a way.
Ike rushed to yelling Kenny. Behind Ike was both Mary and Yern, witnessing the scene with a worried expression on their faces. Yern looked like she was about to cry as she look up at Mary and asked:
"W-What's going on with Ken?"
Mary looked down at Yern and replied:
"I don't know sweetheart."
"Crap! What's going on?! Kenny! Speak to me!"
The only response Ike received was merely shouts of pain and misery.
"Damn it! Mary, get in contact with Gerdon and tell him to send the old man!"
Mary nodded and rush upstairs.
Yern looked at Kenny with a worried expression. Then, she followed behind Mary.
Kenny still writhed in pain on the ground, yelling.
Suddenly, Kenny began to cough blood as he then passed out. He had tore his very own vocal cords due to the duration he had been screaming, not to mention that he was screaming at the top of his lungs.
Unfortunately, Kenny's immortality only fixed physical damage and doesn't eliminate pain.
"Just what happened here?"
Ike picked up Kenny from the floor and moved him upstairs.
Soon, Gerdon came bursting through the front door and in his face was an expression of confusion and worry.
"I brought him!"
Next to Gerdon, stood an old man with gray hair. The old man wore a white coat and in his hand was a black briefcase. The man removed his hat from his head and said:
"Where is my patient?"
