Orabelle dropped her bag on the sofa then turned round to face him with her arms folded on her chest
"Just yesterday you so hated the idea of being my husband what changed" she asked narrowing her eyes at her husband who seems uncomfortable
"Okay ... Yesterday I was an asshole I admit okay? " When she didn't reply he removed her hands from her chest and give it a friendly squeeze while still holding it " look Belle we are buds and the last thing I want is to destroy our relationship. I see this marriage as nothing but fake .......
"It not fake Brax we invited a thousand people to the wedding, shared a kiss that we shouldn't, even registered this marriage Brax . I understand what you're trying to say . And I also don't want to ruin our relationship and as much as i hate to admit it I hate being married because it brings alot of responsibilities. I wish I could be who I was a month ago . Lazing around , hanging out with you, making fun of those numerous clingy girlfriends of yours . I hate that I have change Brax but one day I would have to grow up. And being married to you might not be romantic and wonderful as my friends have said marriage is but Brax I need this marriage for my mother even if I know this is just a facade . We might not act as a married couple but can we act as the friend we are ?
Braxton smiled and hugged her "you know if you want to continue wearing those male clothes of yours it will be fine he said still hugging her tight
"Really? That means we could share your clothes and I'll be the way I am here and only need to change when I have to face the public"
Braxton hummed his support before releasing her . Then gave her a friendly punch on her arm. Belle replied by glaring playfully at him which made Braxton laugh . There's nothing that feels this good than recoiling with your bestest best friend if there's anything like that word in the English dictionary
"Dude I am hungry let's fix something" belle said heading to the kitchen
" Woah buddy you don't want to ruin that cloth of yours" Braxton said snatching the pot from her.
" Damn man ....I am starving" she said as she left the kitchen to change .
His phone rang he looked at the caller's I.D the answered the phone

"Calm down bud that noodles is not running away" Braxton said looking as belle keep rushing the food but his warning was only acknowledged with a nod from orabelle .

"She did? Orabelle asked with her mouth full

" What did she want" orabelle asked reaching out for more noodles
" She still wants us to hang out"
