Orabelle turned to window for a longtime trying think of the most easiest solution to this problem . She might not know that mostimes solution to a problem aren't simple. But wait didn't Mr Gimmerman said marrying would solve the problem? But he also mentioned that a child or two would make their stay in the company strong. She still can't believe those gold diggers would have the audacity to throw them out immediately they realized the company they had abandoned in a state of debt has become the second in the city. Those bastards!!! .Aren't they the ones who gave her mom the company saying she should support herself , her children and the burden of a husband whose only duty was drink to stupor till he fall by the roadside and oftentimes brought home by strangers, and when he was not drinking he is gambling away the little money left for food or beating the living daylight out of his wife or children at the slightest provocation. So now they changed their minds after her mother's twenty years of hard work.
She heard her mother leaving the car after she wasn't able answer her . No there's no way those people would take what belongs to her mother.
For the rest of the week she signed up in different dating apps so she could find a man but after one full month of unsuccessful dates she begin to worry,she doesn't want to marry for real and the last thing she want is to become an housewife who have no better thing to do than care for babies, clean the house,wait on her husband to make love to her. Never!! But what does this men want ? She was happy somehow that she didn't date when she was young because men sometimes can be assholes . Even if you're beautiful they still cheat. She tried to get dressed for them she even have to put on make up even when she loathes them but those men aren't satisfied. And for those that ghosted her after their first date assholes isn't she pretty enough? But she is not going to give up yet. She would see to the end of it. She sat on the bed trying to assure herself she can do this that nothing is wrong with her appearance ,that being a tomboy isn't bad.
"Any date today hon" Tina asked opening the closet to pack her daughter's dirty clothes for laundry.orabelle sighed and shook her head.
"You've gone to alot of dates recently and not anyone has worked out so why don't you confide in that boy for for help" Tina said and orabelle looked sharply at her and smiled. That was it she would ask Brax to marry her
"You're a genius mom "
Tina sighed "I know"
"Would he agree to marry me"?
"What ? Tina asked wide-eyed "woah slow down honey there's no way you would marry that boy"
" Why not mom I thought it's what you're suggesting"

" Mom what's wrong with him"
Tina turn around to give her daughter those don't-you know looks
"The boy is a cheat belle he Chases everything under skirt and if you ever marry him you would find any happiness"
" Mom I am not looking for happiness ,I just want a husband who would be able to give me that position in the company."
" You have no idea of what you're asking for. But I wouldn't allow you to ruin you're happiness for a mere position in the company"

But orabelle said nothing to that she don't have to ,she would restore her mother's position even at the expense of her happiness those bastards can't take what belongs to them.
Orabelle stepped in after ignoring Braxton who stood by the door . She headed to the living room and slumped on the sofa unhappily. Braxton followed her and opposite on the sofa opposite her. "How you doing girl" he asked but orabelle totally ignored him and sat facing him.
"I went to the store to get us an engagement ring I don't know.. I don't know you likes so..... I bought us the one I thought it's better"
" Woah wait Belle... an engagement ring? What for?
"I was thinking of proposing to you today I need I'm in need of a groom and I thought you are the right candidate for it so I thought if I after proposing I might just give you the ring she sighed heavily putting the small box containing the ring on the table
Braxton give her a puzzled look "what's going on belle"
"It doesn't have to be a real marriage . I need this marriage so bad you could ask for anything but please just help me with this one she said looking at Braxton hoping he will consider. But Braxton looked overwhelmed by its all. He didn't understand what was going on so he sighed and exhaled "tell me what is going on he asked
" None of my potential dates works out , all those assholes want a wife you know those kind of b**** who has nothing better to do than to clean the house keep their figures act like a typical billionaire's wife urghhh I can't do that"
" So what do you want? Braxton asked wanting to know the real situation
"Marry me even if it's just for a year please...please Braxton. I know this is huge but you can still have your life have the hottest chicks while you're married how fun. All I want is a baby and a marriage from you pleasssssseeeee she said hating the fact she's sounding so desperate

Orabelle stood up and went to him she knows how difficult this situation is but she need him to help her out the company is something she won't give up, it's her mother's happiness and she wouldn't give up on her mother's happiness .Her mother has been the one who stood with her in her tough teenage years, those times when she had suffered from slow self-esteem when she felt her peers don't like her or she didn't fit in her mother stood by her.
"We're friends belle and I can't see my self doing those crazy things to...to you"
Braxton said trying not to remember the incident in the bathroom
Orabelle was calm
"You don't have to do those crazy things if you don't want to. I mean I understand we've been friends for ten years now so I totally understand. I need you're help buddy please don't make this hard" she pleaded
" You said earlier I could still live my life how? Won't that ruin your plan"

"Yes .no infact it will make our divorce more easier as I am planning a big wedding"

" No it won't work because they would want to attend the wedding.so are you going to help me? Braxton was silent. Thinking of the sudden proposal

Braxton glared at her "you have no idea"
Orabelle sighed and waited
"Ok but we are going to stay at my place not your mother's"
"Which bride stays in her mother's house after marriage"
Braxton shrugged and walk into the kitchen . orabelle followed suit. "The wedding is in a week time"
"Whatever" Braxton replied open the cupboard to get noodles but halt as orabelle hugged him from behind.
"Thanks buddy . I don't know what I would have done without you"
Braxton tries to free himself . " You shouldn't hug me like that unless you're looking for the inevitable"
Orabelle face went blank .she has no idea of what he's talking . Don't blame her she is so naive in matters like this that even if the meaning is obviously she's still clueless. Seeing her blank expression Braxton smirked and asked instead
"When do we get to pick out outfit"
"Tomorrow I will send it to you"
Braxton looked surprised " but you barely know my size"
" You're right " orabelle murmured thoughtfully walking towards him to take his measurements using her finger on his shirtless body. Braxton stopped her
Swallowing hard
"Just send it tomorrow" Braxton said to orabelle who was unaware of her actions
She went to the parlor to get her bag pack then called out to Braxton she's leaving
