Maya widened her eyes in shock at Sebastian's response, her jaw dropping to the floor. All of a sudden she rose to her feet, her index finger pointed at Seb then she burst into laughter. She laughed so hard that Sebastian felt stupid, but just as he thought he was going to stop. She said to him,
"You're a terrible liar Sebastian."
"What!"
"Yes you are." She confirmed. "Did you think I would believe such a lie? You lost your job? Hours after my father made you a life changing offer. Do you think I am a child?"
"I never said that Maya. I truly lost my job."
"Who gave you the right to call me by my name? That's Miss to you , And you expect me to believe that! Why don't you come clean and confess that you are a gold digger!"
