A couple of minutes earlier, Oracio was having an evening stroll on the secondary wall, talking and joking with the Royal Guardians manning their guard posts, when he suddenly heard clashing swords and screams in the distance. Wondering who would dare to have a sword fight in the middle of Romus, Oracio immediately turned to a Royal Centurion accompanying him and ordered him to gather some men and go see what the fighting was about. But suddenly, Oracio realized the King wasn't back yet and changed his mind, telling the Royal Centurion to meet him there. He took a nearby guard's shield and jumped off the twenty-meter-high wall.
Oracio landed a perfect superhero landing, pushing his body's late Rank 3 cultivation to its limits. Upon landing, he immediately unsheathed his sword and sprinted in the direction of the fighting, which was only a few streets away.
