Chapter 107 - Burnt Down

The cold wind howled through the dark alleyways, swirling dust and debris around Kira's boots as she adjusted her earpiece. She could hear the faint crackle of static, Thomas's voice cutting through the white noise. "We're in position, Kira. All eyes are on you now."

She nodded to herself, even though Thomas couldn't see her. The FG warehouse loomed ahead, its towering structure a black shadow against the cloudy sky. Tonight was the night they would bring it all crashing down, along with the secrets it held. The media had been tipped off. As soon as the first flames erupted, the world would know. They would see the lies, the corruption, the poison that had spread like a virus.

Inside the warehouse, dozens of workers moved around in organized chaos, stacking crates, loading shipments of Francesco's illicit drugs. The operation was smooth, well-rehearsed, as though nothing could touch them.
