Volunteer Rules and Regulations for OA INITIATIVE
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the OA initiative. To ensure a safe and productive environment for all volunteers and to maintain the integrity of our organization, we have established the following rules and regulations. By volunteering with us, you agree to abide by these guidelines:
Commitment to the Organization:
a. Volunteers are expected to commit to their assigned roles and responsibilities, adhering to the agreed-upon schedule and duration of service.
b. Notify the volunteer coordinator or supervisor in advance if unable to fulfill a commitment or if there are any changes in availability.
Confidentiality:
a. Respect the confidentiality of all sensitive information obtained during your volunteer work. This includes any personal, medical, or financial information of beneficiaries, staff, or other volunteers.
