Chapter 20 - Chapter Nineteen

"Seonho of Orion Shocks Fans with Heartfelt Radio Confession About Iseul!

In a stunning turn of events, Yoon Seonho of the immensely popular boy group Orion left fans and listeners in awe during a recent appearance on "Midnight Vibes," a beloved radio show known for its candid and relaxed atmosphere. Only a few days after the provocative "Might Be Mine" music video was released, Seonho addressed the swirling rumors and dropped a bombshell that has taken both the K-pop world and netizens by storm.

With his trademark mischievous smile and deep-set eyes, Seonho started the segment by acknowledging his role in the music video. However, the biggest surprise came when he confirmed his relationship with Kwon Iseul, the former Hayze member and the face behind several K-pop hits. Seonho didn't stop there—he took this opportunity to unequivocally support Iseul, making some of the most candid statements of his career.

"Iseul is the most honest person I've ever known," Seonho declared passionately. "People have a lot to say about her, but I don't care about her reputation or what people think. I'm lucky she chose me, and that's all that matters." His heartfelt words sent waves through the studio and beyond, with listeners and fans immediately buzzing online about his bold stance.

Seonho continued by addressing the negative perception that has followed Iseul. "Her reputation is mostly built by malicious men who tried to hurt her and harm her image. They were the ones who messed up, not Iseul," he asserted. "Anyone who has something bad to say about her doesn't know her and is no friend of mine."

As soon as the interview aired, Seonho's quotes went viral, particularly among female fans who couldn't help but fawn over his unwavering support. Social media platforms were flooded with posts praising Seonho as an exemplary boyfriend, with many women expressing their desire for a partner who would defend them as fervently as Seonho defends Iseul.

"Seonho is such a gem!" one fan tweeted. "We all need a boyfriend who stands up for us like that. #RelationshipGoals! 😍"

Another fan wrote, "All these years, Seonho has been charming us with his looks and charisma, but hearing him talk about Iseul like this? Totally swoon-worthy! 💖 #YoonSeonho"

Even fellow celebrities chimed in, lauding Seonho for his honesty and compassion. The radio show hosts remarked that this was the most candid and heartfelt they'd ever seen Seonho, a sentiment echoed by fans and media outlets alike.

This unplanned yet genuine moment has not only bolstered Seonho's image as a caring and devoted partner but also cast Iseul in a new light, earning her increased support and empathy from the public. As Seonho's heartfelt confession continues to make headlines, one thing is clear: this power couple is stronger than ever, and their bond is inspiring fans around the globe.

Stay tuned for more updates as this heartwarming K-pop love story unfolds!"

I can't stop grinning as I watch Seonho and Jaewook move around the kitchen, a seamless dance of slicing, stirring, and sautéing. It's been a week since Seonho's heartfelt radio confession turned the internet into a frenzy of hashtags and swooning fans. Tonight, we're at Jaewook's place for dinner, a cozy respite from the media circus.

"Hey, Chef Seonho," I call out, reclining lazily in my chair, a teasing lilt in my voice. "Have you seen some of these comments?" I tease, unable to contain my grin. "Oh my god, listen to this," I giggle, scrolling through my phone. "'Seonho is such a gem!' 'We all need a boyfriend who stands up for us like that!' 'I'm so jealous, where can I find my own Seonho?'" I read out loud, my voice dripping with exaggerated sweetness. "Looks like you've got yourself a whole new fanclub, lover boy. They're practically writing fanfiction about you already."

I smirk as I watch Seonho's ears turn a subtle shade of pink. It's not often I get to see him flustered, and I'm savoring every second of it. The internet's collective swoon over his radio confession is the gift that keeps on giving.

Jaewook chuckles as he stirs a pot of sauce. "Don't let it get to your head, Seonho. You'll be insufferable."

Seonho rolls his eyes but can't hide his grin. "You two better stop teasing me or I'll accidentally reveal something more embarrassing about Jaewook."

Jaewook snorts, not looking up from his task. "Yeah, right. You've got nothing."

"Oh, really?" I perk up, curiosity piqued. "Do tell, Seonho."

Seonho's mischievous smile widens. "Well, there was this one time in high school…"

"Don't you dare," Jaewook warns, but there's no real heat in his voice.

Seonho continues, undeterred. "Jaewook was trying to impress this girl he liked by getting her flowers. He thought it was the most romantic gesture ever."

Jaewook groans, but doesn't stop him.

"But it turns out," Seonho says, pausing dramatically for effect, "the girl was allergic to the flowers. They had to call an ambulance."

I toss my head back, cackling, almost doubling over at the mental image of Jaewook's well-meaning but disastrous attempt at romance. "Oh my god! That's priceless!"

Jaewook finally turns around and claps a hand over Seonho's mouth, cutting off the rest of the story.

I'm trying to hide a giggle behind my hand. Jaewook's brows are pinched together as he stares down a Seonho with disapproval.

"Keep going," Jaewook warns, his voice low and teasing. "And I might just have to embarrass you by putting you over the counter and spanking you in front of Iseul."

My eyes widen at the suggestion, amused and also a little turned on. Seonho's grin falters for a moment before he recovers, his eyes sparkling with mischief.

"Yeah?" Seonho challenges, raising an eyebrow. "Is that a standing offer?"

Jaewook's smirk deepens, and he takes a step closer to Seonho, their bodies almost touching. "Think I won't?"

The air between them crackles with tension, and I feel a little flush of heat at the sight of them playfully squaring off. I'm fascinated by this small look into the dynamic between the two of them in private. I'm still getting used to the ongoing balance they already had before me.

Seonho glances over at me, his eyes twinkling. "What do you think, Iseul? Would you like to watch?"

I bite my lip, trying to suppress a smile. "Don't tease."

Jaewook laughs, his eyes never leaving Seonho's. "You heard her. Don't start something you can't finish."

Seonho's grin widens, and he takes a step back, holding up his hands in mock surrender. "Alright, alright. I'll behave."

Jaewook's smirk softens, and he claps Seonho on the shoulder before turning back to the stove. "Good. Now let's finish making dinner before it gets cold."

Seonho and Jaewook set dinner out in front of me, a spread that makes my mouth water instantly. Jaewook didn't allow me in the kitchen while they were cooking, insisting he wanted to surprise me. Now, I see why.

"Mexi-Cali food?" I exclaim, eyes wide with delight. The vibrant colors and rich aromas take me straight back to Los Angeles, where street tacos and guacamole were staples of my childhood.

Jaewook beams, clearly pleased with my reaction. "You mentioned sometimes you miss food from home," he explains, his voice soft and sincere. "I wanted to learn it for you."

My heart swells at his thoughtfulness. Without a second thought, I lean in and kiss him, a lingering press of lips that says more than words ever could. "Thank you for taking the time to spoil me," I murmur against his lips.

Seonho rolls his eyes but can't hide his grin. "Yeah, well, don't forget who he roped into helping," he gripes playfully.

I laugh and turn to Seonho, pulling him close for a kiss too. "Thank you, Seonho," I say between giggles. "You're both amazing."

We settle down around the table, the atmosphere light and filled with laughter. The food is as delicious as it looks—tacos bursting with flavor, creamy guacamole, spicy salsa that tingles on the tongue.

"Did you really make all this?" I ask Jaewook between bites, genuinely impressed.

He nods, looking a little bashful. "I watched a lot of videos and did some trial runs."

"Trial runs?" I echo, raising an eyebrow.

"I had to test a lot of under seasoned meat and I swear I can taste burnt tortilla in my sleep," Seonho interjects with a snort.

Jaewook groans but laughs along. "It wasn't that bad."

I shake my head in amusement. "Well, it's perfect now."

Seonho grins at me from across the table. "Glad you think so because we were sweating bullets trying to get everything right."

"You both did an incredible job," I assure them. "Seriously."

The conversation flows easily as we eat, talking about everything from our latest projects to silly anecdotes from our pasts. The tension of the past few weeks melts away.

"Be honest," Jaewook starts after a particularly hearty laugh from one of Seonho's stories, "how does it compare to home?"

I pause thoughtfully before answering. "Honestly? It's better because it's made by you two." It's cheesy, but true.

Seonho smirks. "Does that mean we should open a restaurant?"

I laugh again, shaking my head. "Maybe stick to your day jobs for now."

Jaewook reaches across the table to squeeze my hand. "We'll cook for you anytime you want."

I squeeze back, feeling a warmth spread through me that has nothing to do with the food or the wine we're sipping on.

The evening continues with more laughter and stories until we're all leaning back in our chairs, content and happy.

"This was perfect," I say softly as we start clearing the table together.

"Good," Jaewook replies with a satisfied smile. "That was the plan."

Seonho wraps an arm around my shoulders as we carry dishes to the sink. "You know what this means now?"

"What?" I ask, looking up at him curiously.

"You owe us a home-cooked meal next time," he says with a wink.

I laugh and nod. "Deal."

The movie plays softly in the background, its plot lost on me as I nestle against Jaewook's chest. His arms wrap around me. A fortress of warmth and security. Seonho sits at the other end of the couch, his legs stretched out, his head resting on my thighs. I absentmindedly run my fingers through Seonho's hair, feeling the softness of each strand as I lose myself in the moment.

"This is nice," Jaewook murmurs, his breath warm against my ear.

"Yeah," I reply, my voice barely above a whisper. "It really is."

Seonho shifts slightly, turning his head to look up at me. "Comfortable?" he asks, a playful glint in his eyes.

"Very," I say with a smile. "You two make a pretty good pillow."

Jaewook chuckles, his chest vibrating against my back. "We aim to please."

I laugh softly at that. The simplicity of this moment, the normalcy of it, feels like a treasure. With all the chaos and scrutiny outside these walls, this is our sanctuary. The world might judge us for our unconventional relationship, but here, it's just us—three people who found something extraordinary together.

As the movie continues to play, I close my eyes and let myself fully relax. The steady rise and fall of Jaewook's breathing beneath me is soothing, almost hypnotic. Seonho's presence between my legs feels grounding, a reminder that I'm not alone in this journey.

"I wish it could always be like this," I say softly, more to myself than to them.

Seonho lifts his head slightly, catching my gaze. "Why can't it be?" he asks.

I shrug, a small smile playing on my lips. "Life has a way of complicating things."

The movie ends with credits rolling across the screen, but none of us make a move to get up. We're content to stay here a little longer, basking in each other's presence.

"What should we watch next?" Jaewook asks lazily.

Seonho groans playfully. "Another one? My eyes are already half-closed."

"You're just old," I tease him gently.

"Hey!" Seonho protests with mock indignation. "I'm not old; I'm distinguished."

Jaewook laughs heartily at that. "Distinguished? That's one way to put it."

I giggle along with them, feeling lighter than I have in days. It's moments like these that remind me why we fight so hard to keep what we have—because it's worth it.
