I smiled and nodded to Darla's comment. "Thank you Sweaty. I will try to take it more easy going forward from now on or at least not blow out my energy on one job." I said.
Darla's lips shook with kept back laughter and I saw more then a little doubt in her eyes at my statement. "You will do what you must. Just allow us to serve you when you get back from working outside of pack land." She said with kind note in her voice.
I nodded my head to her. "As you wish. How's things going with you?" I said and took two big bites from my sandwich before finishing it off and began to reach for another one as Darla handed it to me.
Darla shook her head. "I'm fine. We're all fine. No need to worry. We managed things in a way that would please you but probably not as masterfully well as you do or have done in the past." She said and reached out to rub my shoulder.
