Chapter 42 - Bumped into Shisui

The sun hung low in the sky, casting long shadows across the village as I made my way through the bustling streets of Konoha. The training sessions with Might Guy had been particularly exhausting that morning, and I was looking forward to some well-earned rest. However, as fate would have it, my day was far from over.

Opening the system, I remembered that I still have 2 spin to spin in roulette wheel.

[Click to spin], a option came.

I naturally selected it with mental manipulation.

[Spining the wheel]

The wheel full of questions spins and land on a blue coloured option.

[Ding!!]

[Congratulations host got the C Rank Justu (Chidori)]

[Chidori : A sharp flow of lighting style chakra that can focus on one point penetrating the target with one Swift blow]

[Spinning the wheel]

This time it landed on a red question mark.

[Ding !!]

[Congratulations host got a special skill armament haki first form]

[Armament haki first form: this Haki will from a powerful liquid like substance around the arms, his hand will become stronger than steel and even a morden bullet can't penetrate]

Happily, was walking towards the playground.

As I walked past the training grounds, lost in thought, I suddenly sensed a flicker of chakra nearby—small, but potent. Curious, I glanced around, spotting a young boy who seemed to be observing the training fields with keen interest. He was wearing the dark Uchiha clan attire, and though he was small in stature, there was something about his presence that caught my attention.

I approached him, recognizing him as Shisui Uchiha. Despite being only seven years old, Shisui was already known within the Uchiha clan for his remarkable talent.

"Hey, Shisui," I called out, causing the boy to turn around, his sharp black eyes locking onto mine.

"Hello, Ruki-san," Shisui responded politely, his voice respectful despite the noticeable youthfulness in his tone.

'He naturally knows Ruki, the original ruki being the part timer before has gone many times In uchiha clan and shisui being the extremely friendly little boy became friends with ruki.

"What are you doing here?" I asked, genuinely curious. "Aren't you a little young to be hanging around the training grounds alone?"

Shisui smiled slightly, a hint of pride in his expression. "I wanted to watch the older shinobi train. It helps me learn."

I couldn't help but admire his dedication. "Watching can teach you a lot, but experience is the best teacher. How about a sparring match?"

Shisui blinked, clearly surprised by the offer. "You want to spar with me? But I'm just a kid..."

"You're also a very talented kid," I pointed out. "Besides, it could be fun. And who knows? You might even teach me a thing or two."

Shisui's eyes lit up with excitement, and he nodded eagerly. "Alright, Ruki-san. I'll do my best!"

We moved to a nearby clearing, giving ourselves enough space to move freely. I could see that Shisui was a little nervous, but he quickly settled into a basic fighting stance. His form was surprisingly good for someone his age, a clear indication of the training he had already undergone.

"Ready?" I asked, giving him an encouraging smile.

Shisui nodded, his eyes narrowing with focus. "Ready."

I decided to start slow, not wanting to overwhelm him right away. I launched a series of basic taijutsu strikes, aiming to gauge his reaction time. To my surprise, Shisui was able to dodge or block most of my attacks with impressive agility. He was quick, no doubt about that, but there was still a rawness to his movements—a lack of experience that was only natural for someone his age.

Despite this, I could see the potential in him. Shisui moved with a fluidity that belied his years, his small frame darting around as he tried to find an opening in my defense.

"You're pretty fast," I remarked, parrying one of his strikes with ease. "But speed alone won't win a fight."

Shisui gritted his teeth, clearly determined not to disappoint. He attempted a sweep kick, but I countered it with a quick block, sending him stumbling back slightly.

Undeterred, Shisui quickly regained his footing and dashed forward, trying to land a hit. I let him get close, then gently deflected his punch, sending him off balance. Before he could react, I moved behind him, tapping his shoulder lightly.

"Got you," I said, smiling as he spun around, wide-eyed.

Shisui pouted slightly, but there was no frustration in his expression—just a burning desire to improve. "I didn't even see you move..."

"You've got good instincts, Shisui," I said, ruffling his hair. "But you still have a lot to learn. Don't be discouraged, though. You've got a bright future ahead of you."

Shisui looked up at me, determination shining in his young eyes. "I'll get stronger, Ruki-san. I'll keep training every day until I can catch up to you."

I chuckled, genuinely impressed by his spirit. "I have no doubt you will. And when that day comes, I'll be looking forward to our rematch."

He grinned, clearly excited by the prospect. "It's a promise, then!"

I lifted my two fingers and Poke his head.

A warm feeling filled his heart.

"What was that??", shisui asked in wonder.

It's a gesture of goodwill and done to a close friend or person.

We wrapped up the spar, and I walked with Shisui for a bit, chatting about different training methods and strategies. Despite his age, Shisui was incredibly sharp, absorbing every word I said with intense focus.
