Once their break ends, Leo starts the discussion again.
"Now then, the first thing we need is a stronghold to house our forces before expanding.
This place should be enough for now, as for the resources moneys isn't a problem. I also have some connections that I can use to fill some needs.
The only thing we need is man power, the people I hired can filled that position. Even though they were currently weak, they were still former soldiers.
We just need to train them." (Leo)
"As for them betraying us, our daughter bought large amount of mana contracts from that system shop in your tutorial." (Julia)
"Uh, so we need to train them first?" (Ronn)
"Thats right and the place around here is perfect for that. Once they were strong enough we can now expand our reach.
We can start by accepting request, the city here is currently in a mess, the city mayor is probably thinking of a way to stop the chaos.
We can use that to establish our forces, as for the negotiation I can handle that." (Leo)
"How about the government? should we also accept some of them request?" (Ronn)
"About that, our family currently is at odds with them due to some of our business." (Julia)
"I see, that business should be some shady one." (Ronn)
"Hm, it is, we smuggled fire arms in secret after all." (Leo)
"Oh, what a bad guys you are." Ronn said jokingly.
"We are, no one rise through power without dirtying their hands." (Leo)
"Uh, can we go back to the topic?" (Ronn)

Leo just smirk then continue. "If the government turned blind eye to our shady business, I don't mind accepting some of their request.
As for the next plan after that, we'll discuss it after we accomplished all of that. "
"So for now, clearing the monster around this place is the first thing you all need to do." (Julia)
"Should I start now?" (Ronn)
"Hm, you can and I also want to participate." (Leo)
"You sure about that honey?" (Julia)
"Yeah, I also want to get stronger you know?" (Leo)
"Then let me go too." (Julia)
"Are you sure mom?" (Lilia)
"Yes dear, I want to see how strong you've gotten." (Julia)
"Hm, okay, just have Riko guard you." (Lilia)

The five of them left the room and heads to out of them compound, before Leo left, he asked one of the guard to call some people to accompany them.
Once all of them are gathered outside, Leo said. "Were going to clear all the monster around here, so if theres someone among you who don't want to come, go back inside."
No one moved and just stayed there, upon seeing that Leo looked at Lilia and said. "You can lead this operation if you want."
"Hm, okay." After Lilia said that she walks ahead while the rest followed behind. They walks in the forest around the compound.
While they were walking Ronn asked. "Where do this monsters come from?"
"They comes from a vortex like portal, the moment the system appeared bunch of them appeared around the world." (Julia)
"There are few of them around this forest, thats why theres so many monster here." (Leo)
"Then how do you closed those portal?" (Ronn)
"We browse through the internet and found out that you need to kill the boss like monster for the portal to close." (Leo)
"I see, thats make it easier then." (Ronn)
"Easier huh." (Leo)
Before Ronn could respond, Lilia stopped walking while looking ahead. She then said. "Theres monsters ahead, theres probably two dozen of them."
"Whats there rank?" (Ronn)
"Just F ranks, you don't need to participate." (Lilia)
Ronn nodded, fighting a bunch of F ranks was nothing to him now but they need to train people to become members so he just let them fight it.
He just stand besides Riko whose guarding Lilia's mother, he then heard Lilia said. "There coming now."
"Hm, two dozen huh." Leo said while a sword appeard on his right hand. The people be hired also brought out their weapons.
Lilia moves to the side for them to fight the incoming monsters, once the monsters appeared Leo gripped his sword tightly while waiting for the monsters to reach him.
When the monsters reached them the battle beguns, Leo and the guards fought them. Ronn just watch as they kill monster after another.
Leo showed some mastery using sword, though he was nowhere near as Riko. He still managed to stand his ground against the onslaught of monsters.
While the guards killed monsters after another using their numerical advantage. They paired against each other to fight one monster.
The battle continue for few minutes before they all finished the monsters, some of them received some wounds but not life threatening ones.
After the battle ended, each of them took out the cores and compiled them. Lilia approach those cores and stored them in the pouch she used when they hunt in the tutorial.
"I'll store this for now and split it later once we returned to the house." (Lilia)
Leo approach Julia and asked. "How's that honey aren't I strong?"
She didn't answer, she then looked at Riko besides her and asked. "What do you think Riko?"
"Its not bad, though Sir Leo still needs to polished his swordsmanship." (Riko)
"What about you Ronn?" (Julia)
"Uh, I don't know." (Ronn)
"Hm, forget it then, fighting those monsters sure is tough did you also fought bunch of monster in the tutorial?" (Leo)
"We do, theres a lot of monsters there after all." Lilia replied as she approached them.
"I see, so how is the performance of those people?" (Leo)
"They were good enough, they just need to absorb more cores." (Lilia)
"I see, then lets clear one of those portal for today." (Leo)
After that conversation, they rest for a bit to treat wounds some received. Once they're done they continue to kill monsters they encounter.
Ronn just watch and didn't do anything, he let those guards fight without providing support. The hunt continue until noon, they also reach the place were a portal appeared.
Standing few meters away, Ronn stared at large amount of monsters surrounding the portal like vortex. Theres probably more than 50 monsters,he even saw few E ranks among them.
Lilia's father who was looking at it said. "Hm, Looks like you three need to participate now."
"Can you handle that Ronn?" (Lilia)
"How about those people training?" Ronn said while looking at the people that Lilia's father hired.
"Those monsters are too much for training." (Lilia)
"So, so I need to just kill them all?" (Ronn)
"You sound like killing those monsters is an easy task." (Leo)
"Well, even Lilia can kill those monsters alone, not to mention Riko who could cut those monsters with ease." (Ronn)
"Hurry up and just finished it." (Riko)
"Okay, okay." Ronn said then proceed to walks towards the monsters. The guards just watch as he moves, while Lilia said to her parents.
"Watch carefully Mom, Dad, you'll see the reason why I said his strength is enough to keep that group from crumbling."
Her parents didn't replied and just looked at Ronn whose walking with unhurried steps towards the monsters.
