When Ronn opened his eyes, he peered through the window and saw that it was already morning.
'Looks like I overslept again.'
Getting up from his bed, he walks downstairs to prepare for his breakfast. While walking down the stairs, Ronn heard sounds of people having conversation.
Once he got down, he looked at the living room and saw Lora with her family watching television while talking to each other.
When he appeared they turned their head and looked at him while Lora said. "Good Morning."
"Good morning." (Ronn)
After greeting them, Ronn heads to the kitchen to prepare his breakfast. Just like yesterday, he cook some eggs and bacon while he toast some bread.
Placing them in a plate, he brew some coffee and started eating. Once hes done, he washed the plates he used and goes back at the living room.
"Where did you go yesterday?" (Lora)
"Me? I'm with Lilia's family hunting on the forest." (Ronn)
"You must be strong to hunt those scary monsters." (Mother)
"Uh, Mrs. Stein those monsters are weak compare to the monsters we fought in the tutorial." (Ronn)
"Thats right mom, there many monsters in the tutorial that was even more scary than the monsters around here." (Lora)
"Can I asked what rank are you right now? Lora said that you were the strongest in your tutorial." (Father)
"Uh, I'm currently in D rank." (Ronn)
"I see, then with you in that group, Lora's safety should be secured." (Father)
"You don't have to worry about her safety, Lilia likely won't send her to battle and its not life your daughter is weak. Shes an E rank awakened." (Ronn)
Lora's parents jusy nodded, Their conversation last for half an hour before it got interupted by a guard who appeared.
"Hello, Lady Lilia wants to meet you, she asked me to get you."

He excuse himself from Lora and her family before following the guard to the main house. Once hes inside he saw Lilia approached him while saying.
"We'll head to the nearby city, I want you to accompany us there."
"Right now?" (Ronn)
"Yeah, my father and I are the only ones whose going." (Lilia)
"No problem, how about Riko, isn't he your bodyguard?" (Ronn)
"He'll be guarding this compound once were gone." (Lilia)
"Do I need to personally come or just my clones?" (Ronn)
"You need to go with us personally, once the negotiation was done. Theres a possibility that we can start immediately." (Lilia)
"I see, by the way, do you need some information about whats happening in the city?" (Ronn)
"Huh? what do you mean by that?" Lilia said with a slightly surprised look.
"That thing is, I sent one of my clone in the city to gather information. He managed to gather information about the current state of the city." (Ronn)
"Really? If you already have information about the city, we can immediately meet the mayor." (Lilia)
"Wanna hear it now?" (Ronn)
"Hm, tell me while were on our way to the city so father can also hear it." (Lilia)

After that conversation ended, both of them waited for Lilia's father to arrived, Once he arrived they left the compound using a car.
The vehicle of this world still function but because of the roads few people used it. Also the gas was limited due to the source being attacked by people or monsters.
Inside the car that Lilia's father was currently driving, Ronn was sitting beside him while Lilia was at the back seat.
"The city was currently ruled by a man named Rocky, he managed to gather all the gangs in the city to form a group he called Blood Terrors.
It consist of more than fifty people, the city mayor can't do anything to them because they lacked power.
The Blood Terrors abused they power to do anything they want in the city, the authorities there can't also do anything." (Ronn)
"Can you handle that Blood Terror gang yourself?" (Leo)
"Hm, based from what my clone gathered he was currently E rank, so as long as he wasn't above that destroying that group should be possible." (Ronn)
"Hm, if that group rules the city then meeting the mayor should be difficult." (Lilia)
"Uh, my clone is already in contact with the mayor, we can go there without alerting that group." (Ronn)
"I must say I'm impress about how you do the work." (Leo)
"Uh, I'll take that as a compliment then. Theres also some people there that we can recruit." (Ronn)
"Looks like negotiating with the mayor is the only thing we need to do huh." (Leo)

Once they end their conversation, they reach the city outskirts without alerting someone. They got out of the car and moves to where the mayor arrange their meeting.
They moves to the city unnoticed until they reach the location. Upon entering the room, the three of them saw the mayor along with one guard and no.1 whose face was different was sitting to the opposite side of the mayor.
Those three looked at them while the mayor gestured them to seat. Lilia and her father sat to the side while Ronn just stand behind them.
After all of them are settled, Lilia's father spoke. "You probably know why were here right?"
A late forties man with brown hair, brown eyes and light colored skin replied. "I know, I just didn't expect that it was you."
"Then whats your answer?" (Leo)
"What do you want first?" (Mayor)
Once the mayor asked that, the answer didn't comes from Leo but from Lilia.
"We want to establish our group here, and you the mayor would support us." (Lilia)
"And who might you be little miss." (Mayor)
"Shes my daughter." (Leo)
"Oh, I see, and I assume you were the leader?" (Mayor)
"Do you have any problem with it?" (Lilia)
"Nothing, as for what you said earlier. Do you think the people here will agree once you establish that group? With the people experiencing Blood Terror gang abuse, do you think people would accept another group here?" (Mayor)
"I don't need their acceptance,they can do whatever they want. We just need some foothold to expand our group." (Lilia)
"Oh, what a bold statement, and what makes you think that you wouldn't have any opposition when establishing it?" (Mayor)
"Because I can just eradicate them." Lilia said coldly making the people in the room besides Ronn and his clone to feel chill running through their backs.
"Hahaha, that was scary little miss." The mayor said while couple drops of sweat drops from his face.
Even Lilia's father sweat a little once she heard her say that, this was the first time he saw her daughter said something with cold tone.
Lilia then spoke. "So whats your answer?"
