Incident Report from June 18th 1979
AVALON
Security Officer on Duty: Dan Willett
Victims and Perpetrator:
Henry Sell (30 yrs)Emily Sell (29 yrs)Beth Anna Sell (7 yrs)Officer Andrew Stowell (41 yrs, 3 yrs of service with Exmouth)
Incident Description: The three members of the Sell family (Henry, Emily, and Beth) were found in violation of code_3482. Even though they were the winners of the "Green Knight" launch event and as such were taken to receive their prize a potential threat occurred when Beth wandered off from the group. Unusually, officer Stowell let her get away from his sight and she was able to get into a room she was not authorized to see (Rm.346). Myself and officer Stowell went after Beth swiftly but because of Beth's misunderstanding and negligence the parents went into an unauthorized room as well. The parents Samuel and Emily became quickly agitated. Emily became hysterical from looking into the room *REDACTED*. Beth and Samuel were informed that they would no longer be receiving their prize for being the first to complete the event.
Comments: The Sell's were one microcosm of a larger issue. The area our event winners are taken to requires more security or "showmanship" as to not give them a pause when entering. If we have to disqualify our event winners for seeing something they should not have, it will only make us fall behind.
Conclusion: Officer Stowell made a mistake therefore *REDACTED*
