### Chapter 6
As Adam chased the two fugitives, his Bullet Time was active, stretching his perception of reality. *"The Bone Chilling Flame is formidable,"* he pondered, *"but controlling it is tricky. It causes backlash, and with my Rikugan constantly aiding my chakra management while juggling three elements, the strain on my mind is significant. I might need to create a cover for my eyes to shield them from the overload of details. Maybe a regeneration technique linked to my Rikugan could help."*
Unaware of the subtle improvements in his Bullet Time, Adam's time dilation had expanded from a 1:3 ratio in his past life to a 1:12 ratio in this world. Although the change was incremental, it was significant. *"Perhaps I can design the regeneration technique to leverage the Rikugan's micro-control over chakra to accelerate healing,"* he thought. *"I'll have to explore this more later."*
Adam's focus sharpened as he noticed the two escapees growing weary. Without hesitation, he aimed his fingertips, sending ten rotating bone needles whizzing towards them. The men, too exhausted to dodge effectively, were unable to react in time. The brief respite they had hoped for became their downfall as Adam's chain shot up from the ground, impaling them swiftly.
With a scan of the surrounding forest using his Rikugan, Adam prepared a fire jutsu to incinerate the bodies. He molded Earth Chakra, manipulating the terrain to bury the remains and erase all traces of the battle. Satisfied, Adam moved on, his thoughts drifting to the forest and its unending expanse. *"While traveling through the forest is peaceful, finding a town would be more beneficial,"* he mused.
As Adam pushed through the underbrush, he suddenly stumbled, catching himself on one knee. His breath came in heavy gasps. *"Damn, I've overexerted myself,"* he wheezed. *"The chains and needles drain physical energy, while the Frost Flame consumes mental energy. Add the Rikugan to the mix, and I need a regeneration technique urgently."*
He decided to set up camp for the night. Although lighting a fire in such a dangerous era was risky, Adam's Rikugan and heightened senses kept him alert. He planted traps around his camp to catch any stray animals, prepared a small fire, and set up a tent. As he worked, he thought, *"I need a cover for my eyes, perhaps glasses or a blindfold. And I need to finalize the Rikugan Restoration technique to counterbalance the exhaustion from my abilities. It should recover both physical and mental energy."*
Adam's thoughts lingered on the new technique as he gradually fell asleep, the night's tranquility a stark contrast to his intense day.

A week later, Adam was still navigating the forest. His trek continued as he used Bullet Time to stay vigilant and refine his idea for the Rikugan Restoration. *"I've outlined a basic concept, but it's not complete yet. I'd estimate a month to finalize it."* Despite being in this world for just over a week, Adam was still coming to terms with his new reality, thrown into a different world after a betrayal.
Expanding the range of his Rikugan, Adam spotted a rocky clearing about a kilometer away. *"There's a battle over there,"* he noted, sensing the high levels of chakra. *"It's intriguing, but I must be cautious. I have no reason to intervene unless absolutely necessary."*
Adam approached the battlefield with caution. Perched on a small hill surrounded by trees, he found a vantage point and settled down, observing the clash below. The combat was fierce, with jutsu colliding in spectacular displays of power. His interest was piqued by the intense fight, and he remained hidden, aware that intervening could have unforeseen consequences.
As he watched, the scale of the conflict and the power of the combatants became clearer. The ground shook with every clash, and the air crackled with energy. Adam's keen eyes took in every detail, analyzing the fight as he felt his blood boiling in excitement he debated on wether or not to join the fights. 'It would be stupid to join the fight as I will be targeted by every one no matter the sides as I'm an unknown player. But maybe I could pick off a few stragglers and enter the fight after dishing my self—or to retreat if needed.' As Adam watches the battle with his rikugan he sees two unique looking men fighting by them selves away from the battle. One with red eyes and 3 hook like patterns spinning them and a weird shaped symbol on his arm or and clothes. 'Is that a lollipop head?? Why does it look so retarded.' Adam thinks in confusion as he looks at the red eyed man's clan symbol. While one had a 'lollipop head' the other had a horizontal line with 3 fork like head sticking on each end making six total. While Adam was watching the two square off showing a beautiful dance of swords and jutsu techniques; he sees a monkey from the lollipop clan trying to sneak up behind him, confused on how he was found out adam drills a bone into the ground and connects it to his chakra via a chakra string, leaving the bone in the ground and jumping away from a few kunais flying towards him adam watches as the red eyed monkey goes to stand in his previous spot and looks down at him arrogantly. "Hmph what's an ant like you doing here spying on the battlefield of the uchiha clan?" His word dripping with arrogance and disdain as he looks down at Adam who looks into his eyes lazily. 'Got you! Sharingan genjutsu!' Feeling a forge in chakra directed from the man's eyes invading his system adam takes control of the monkeys strange jutsu and fires it back at him, all while activating his bone trap that he had set up earlier. Watching indirectly as the man seems to have fallen into a daze and getting imapled by his bone spike adam turns around and finds a new spot to observe the two from earlier. The strange guy with a fork pattern and the now known uchiha.
