In the vast, empty palace, a slovenly man draped in a slimy, mucus-like cloak and wielding a spade-shaped staff emerged from the shadows.
This was Trebol, one of Doflamingo's most trusted subordinates. He sniffled, his voice nasally and unpleasant. "Why would that little punk, who just became a Warlord, want to meet you, Doffy?"
Doflamingo let out his signature, unsettling laugh. "Fuffuffuffu… I think I know why."
About half a month ago, just as the newly appointed Warlord Noir returned to Noitem to establish his kingdom, a bounty for his head suddenly appeared in the Underworld.
As the Underworld's kingpin, Doflamingo was well aware of this development. The person who posted the bounty was exceptionally careful, leaving no trace, not even for him.
