Winter stared at the marker in her hand incredulously. This is called shooting oneself in the foot. How can answering a question absentmindedly be a good thing?
She is in the spiritual bearings class and kept a lookout for the kiss stealer since it is a joint class which led to her being absentminded in the class.
The teacher, Jeremy, asked a question on the ongoing project and several students admitted that they are stumped. Instead of giving up, he asked her instead.
She answered absentmindedly and it happened to be correct. He then asked her to come up and explain to the class.
Conjuring up a marker board and a marker, he handed her the marker with a huge and weird smile.
"Mm sir are you sure I should explain?" She asked.
Although she knew the topic like the back of hand, the problem is she can't put it in practical use.
Jeremy nodded rapidly almost like his neck doesn't have any support.
"Very sure" He replied quickly.
Winter looked up at the thousands of people watching her, she didn't shrink or cower standing bravely with a hint of professional touch to her.
'okay now to teach potatoes and cabbages'
She repeated to herself over and over again.
She drew a circle on the board with a big rectangle the circle in the middle.
"Okay talking about bringing out one inner power isn't literally bringing out one's power"
"Do that and you die" She said lightly and continued explaining
She talked with a very cool and calm voice, her voice didn't break and it contained a calming yet forceful tone to it that it made those in the seats learn faster and they had various breakthroughs in the research. She spoke more professional than a teacher.
Jeremy in the corner felt his mouth twitch rapidly as he was dumbfounded.
'It is not bad to take teaching lessons from her'
Jeremy"!!" What sort of horrific thought is that.
Winter finished her explanation and walked to her seat calmly and elegantly her chin and shoulder straight.
"Thank you student Winter for the nice explanation and I believe it enlighten all of us right?.. right?!"
The students broke out of their reverie hearing Jeremy's voice and some of them couldn't help but frown.
"?!?!" Well forgive me for not having a female voice.
Jeremy coughed lightly and subtly glanced towards Winter and saw she is already absentminded again.
Jeremy felt aggrieved, some people are just born to lead...while some were born to be thrown in the garbage!
Although he felt that way,deep down in his heart he is very proud of her and hopes she achieve more.
"Focus class" Jeremy called their attention releasing his own aura buy lost momentum to Winter's. It was still enough to get this students on their toes.
The class quickly went by. Winter grabbed Tobias and they went to the chinese restaurant he caught the scent of the kiss stealer.
They went to take a seat near the door, so she can see everyone entering and exiting.
The whole students is on twenty minutes break since they all had the same subject earlier.
A waiter came to take their order.
"I want dumplings and he wants..?"
"Braised pork"
The waiter nodded and came few minutes later with steaming hot food.
The restaurant is lively as more students poured in making the space a little cramp. Winter furrowed her brow feeling this is odd, even if there are plenty rich and privileged students not all of them will possibly like chinese restaurant but the restaurant is too lively like more and more people keep pouring in.
"This girls squeals is too loud" Tobias complained frowning deeply.
Winter widened her eyes in realization. That's right! Most of this people are girls with some of boys.
"He is hot" Tobias said with a look of appreciation facing behind her.
Winter shook her head feeling he is getting more gay by the day and turned towards her back to see the person.
The person is indeed hot with beautiful bangs and peach blossom eyes. He wore a black leather jacket with rips same with his black jeans. He has piercings on his ears and showed the piercing on his tongue as he sexily liked his lips. His whole body exudes an unruly and bad boy.
"I sorry but am gay"
This playful words rolled expertly through the tongue of a young man.
Winter choked on the piece of food she is eating. Reaching out to drink water only to spray it out again.
"Am not interested in gay boys but gays girls" he said keeping the boy approaching him delightful at three feet.
Tobias was too captivated to help her with a napkin.
Winter"..!!" Well it's not like she didn't expect this.
Nyron rejected the thirteenth person and fled away to the inner kitchen area where it was off limits to non staff. This young man is the elder brother of Nynette in his last year in powers school.
He came back wearing a waiter's uniform. The uniform reduced his unruly aura and added a touch of softness the light from the open windows landing on him.
Winter smirked and murmured under her breath"when did he start working?"
Many people raised their hand to be served by him but he ignored them and headed towards them instead.
"I can't help but notice your discomfort earlier and I can't help but feel immense pleasure" He showed a small smirk raising his chin proudly.
Winter smirked back not her momentum not losing out to his.
"I feel honored to be noticed by you among the crowd" Winter replied sarcastically.
The both of them are always bickering on the surface because of Nynette's hatred towards Winter, in private they are best of friends for a few years now. He didn't want his sister to be heartbroken and feel betrayed if he is getting along with her worst enemy,that is Winter,so they kept it private only meeting once in a while. The real meaning behinds his words are: I noticed the coughing earlier are you okay?
Winter replied is she is very fine and he shouldn't bother about her.
Nyron snorted heavily and turned away.
"I can't stop you from adding more to my money" He said walking away.

Winter laughed and took out her phone, she quickly sent texted him.

Since she couldn't ask Josephina about it cause her mood got jumbled up and she missed her chance she will find out from another source.

Seeing the end of the sentence her worries floated away. She is very worried if someone saw the both of them together his relationship with his younger sister would be ruined and she will feel very guilty.
