Nora stifled her cries all the way back home, while Jimmy just kept rolling his eyes.
"Oh, stop crying. Would you want to get into trouble all because of someone who couldn't keep his f**king mouth shut?"
She sniffled, "You didn't have to shoot him?"
He glared at her, "Stop this childishness! You're hurting the baby."
"You're the one who's hurting the baby here! How do you expect me to live with two people dying in front of me in just a space of two months!"
He sighed, "Whatever, just stop crying."
Her lips turned downwards, and sniffled again, wiping her tears. First, she was being threatened into not divorcing him, now she couldn't even report to the police!"
He kept driving through the streets, his eyes darting around, to see if anyone was after him.
"Oh damn it, how could he just not come? I had it all planned," he hit the steering wheel in annoyance.
Nora looked at him, and then looked away. What did it even matter?
He arrived at his mansion, and then alighted, but Nora was too dazed to come out.
He opened the door, yanked her hands and dragged her outside, "You have to act like nothing had happened this evening, or else," he put the gun to her head, and she froze in shock.
"Good girl," he tapped her head, and walked towards the mansion.
Nora fell to her feet, still in shock of what just happened, "But.. I.." her heart skipped a beat, and she supported herself against the car, her heart now racing fast.
The image of Joseph being shot came flashing into her head, and then Freddy's death.
She broke down, all these images running into her head non stop was traumatizing. She let out a loud yell, and fell to the ground.
She pulled her hair, still in a loud scream, and this alerted the security men around.
They all rushed towards her in panic, "Ma'am? What is the matter? Who hurt you?" They asked when they saw the dried blood stains on her hands.
She kept yelling, and wouldn't answer to any of their questions. For her, this was the release of stored pain, and she didn't know how much she could take. It was just too much for her, his sexuality, his family, his attitude, the circumstances currently surrounding her pregnancy was just too much for her to handle.
She gritted her teeth, and still wouldn't stop screaming, and shouting. The security men were terrified, and began to panic. She wasn't ready to say anything.
"Go, and alert her husband! Go, and alert Mr. Robinwood!" One of them yelled.
Some of them ran towards the building, and alerted Jimmy. By the time, they had retuned, she had passed out.
"What happened to her?" Jimmy lashed out.
"We don't know sir. She only kept screaming, and then passed out."
"F**k it!" He cursed, and carried her with bridal style into the mansion.
"What is happening again?" He asked him wide, feeling infuriated.
He carried upstairs to his room, and laid her down on the bed. He phoned Mr. Kim, his family doctor, to come over.
He paced back and forth, waiting for Mr. Kim to come over.
He kept glancing at Nora in worry, "I hope nothing happens to the baby. I hope nothing happens to the baby," he kept mumbling in worry.
Mr. Kim finally arrived, and he rushed to meet him at once, "Mr. Kim, come check her up."
"What happened?" He asked calmly.
"She just kept screaming, and all, then she passed out."
Mr..Kim squinted his eyes suspiciously, "Is that so?"
Jimmy was pissed, "Oh f**k it! Isn't that what happened?"
"No, WHAT happened?" He pointed to the dried blood stains that were still on her hands.
Jimmy paused, and tried to think of something to say. There was no way he could tell Mr. Kim he killed someone, he was only wealthy, but Mr. Kim was powerful.
"She had bruised herself while falling, so the bruises had dried."
"Hmm," he took out his medical kit, and took out a cotton bud to clean her 'wounds, but it showed there were no bruises at all.
"Mr. Robinwood you said she was bruised?"
He nodded, "Yes."
"I can't find any wounds. It seems she had touched blood or something. Are you sure she was bruised?"
His heart skipped a beat, what was he supposed to say now?
He bit his lips, "I.. I had thought she bruised herself when she fell, I didn't notice. The guards were the one who told me that she had been screaming, and then passed out.
"What?"
"Yes."
Mr. Kim propped his chin, "Hm, this seems off," he mumbled to himself.
He didn't want to assume that she had probably killed someone, and then got her hands stained, because that's definitely what it looked like.
"Okay, let me get to work."
Jimmy watched him do his diagnoses, and all of his doctor stuff.
"Her blood pressure has terribly risen! What really happened?!"
Jimmy's eyes widened, and then he concluded that he had made a mistake by killing Joseph in front of her.
Damn it!
He shook his head, "I.. don't know."
"We have to take her to the hospital, she can't be treated here," he shook his head.
Jim groaned, and carried her from the bed, "Let's go quickly. I won't want anything to happen to the baby."
"Hmm, hopefully," came the reply.
Jimmy panicked, and rushed to the car downstairs, put her in the backseat. Mr. Kim sat beside Jimmy in the front seat.
Jimmy panicked, "Nothing should happen to the baby!" He kept repeating over, and over again.
"Don't panic Mr. Robinwood, just drive to the hospital, and we will give her the right medical attention."
He drove as fast he could, and arrived at the hospital. Nurses were outside with a stretcher. Nora was put in the stretcher, and taken into the hospital.
"Doctor, she's awake!"
