Ivan tries to appease Melissa "listen carefully Sirius Oberon is on the top for his business skills and good looks. Don't forget that his company is also bigger than Kendall. If we join them it would only be profit for us. We are not loosing anything here".
"Than why didn't you tell me this before Jake" Melissa questions Ivan
"Because I knew that you wanted to crush Sirius with your own strength in business but now the situation is dire we don't have any better options"
Melissa thinks seriously about what Ivan is saying ( that snake he once tried to cross me and took my business deals. Thinking about those overtime that I did because that snake snatched my brands ughh, well I also did stole his deals and brands... will it really work. After finally deciding the matter Melissa ask Ivan to arrange a personal meeting with them. At night around nine the answer came, the time was set for next day twelve in afternoon during lunch at Time restaurant.

At the same time, on the top floor of Sirius Oberon company building, his personal secretary George gets a call from Kendall asking for meeting with their ceo.
At first he was shocked but finally calming down he decided to answer after confirming with Sirius.
At night around half past eight George informs his ceo about Kendall with other agendas of day.
"Sir a call for meeting came from Kendall what should we say"
"Who will be attending the meeting Melissa or Thakire Kendall ?"
"The meeting is set by Melissa Kendall so she will be joining you"
"Hmmm... that's great arange the meeting during lunch time around twelve and call the lawyer tell him to be present their "
"Sir why lawyer for a meeting???"
"You will know that during meeting" Sirius replies that while smirking.

Next day,
In the private room of Time restaurant Melissa was waiting for few minutes for Sirius with her secretary Ivan. Suddenly with knock on the door Sirius Oberon and his secretary came inside.
Seeing Sirius sculpture like handsome face anyone can loose control but his aura which is surrounding him gave a sense of pressure was no joke.
Sirius sat infront of Melissa and his secretary beside him. Melissa already ordered some tea and refreshments to go with.
"Hello Mr Sirius Oberon this is the first time we are meeting face to face. It is a pleasure to meet you" Melissa says lifting her hand for handshake with a smile on face.
But behind the smile her brain was having different thoughts ( is this really that snake, oh my god he is so handsome. He is totally my type....no...no....calm down Melissa...calm down )
"The pleasure is mine Ms Melissa Kendall" he replies doing handshake with Melissa while smiling.
"Please take your seats"
"Okay" Sirius replies while sitting with his secretary.
"I will be direct Mr Sirius why did you say yes for this meeting because from what I have heard you never say yes to personal meetings"
