The person said while letting out a light laugh, however, the emperor didn't seem to share that sentiment.
"..." The human then looked at the emperor closely "By any chance have you not been eating well? you looked rather flimsy..."
"Knock it off," The emperor said "We are wasting time here"
"Can't we just take a breather? Oh, wait you couldn't...."
"Shut up," The emperor said with a commanding voice
"Hahaha" The person then laughed at the emperor again. Then that guy turned to look around the room and saw that the situation they were in was strange. "What's happening here?"
"We needed to build our empire again"
Upon hearing that the human looked at their hand and tested out their mystic force. Then they realize that they were losing mystic power at a rapid rate. It was not enough to completely drain him, but enough that he could suffer serious damage if this went on.
