The light shone brightly as Reeva closed his eyes. Even then the light still made his eyes see the red flesh of his eyelids. Then he felt his body pulled upward at a speed that he couldn't comprehend.
"You could open your eyes now."
Sanchez's words made Reeva relax a bit and open his eyes. Nena also did the same and what greeted them was the white room that was filled to the brim with mystic power. The place was completely white without any tiny speck of black in it.
"Where are we?" Reeva asked his head feeling a bit dizzy from the journey.
"The sacred place," Sanchez said, smiling. Reeva was about to ask further but stopped since the cardinal didn't seem like he wanted to talk. "So where did the lord sense this plague?"
The floor beneath them then warped and transformed into a terrain. It looked like a three-dimensional miniature map like some science museum had. Reeva marveled at such a sight.
"Quick, we can't be here for long"
