(POV: protagonist)
"Huh"?
'Where am I? What happened?'
I suddenly find myself in a white space with nothing around. I shake my head around frantically and try to understand my situation. After several minutes of hard thinking, I arrive at a terrible (or not) conclusion.
'Did I die and just about to be reincarnated by some kind of god and given the so-called "cheat"?'
Such thoughts emerge in my mind, which sound actually exiting. My life so far has been a bit hard; I always cursed my lack of "talent." More than a lack of talent, I was born with a weak body in addition to movement coordination problems, so every little thing that I have to do with my body is difficult. Well, I'm dead, so it doesn't matter anymore.
"Greetings, young man."
While I am lost in thought, a beautiful woman appears out of nowhere. She has blond hair and blue eyes and wears what appears to be a toga like the gods in Greek mythology.
"I know you must have many questions, but allow me to introduce myself. I am Reina, and I am what you humans would call a goddess."
'Yep, I knew it, the cliché development one can see from a mile away.'
"So why am I here? I assume that you brought me here for a good reason."
"Well, this is simple. I need you to reincarnate in the world I manage. Of course, I am not going to send you here with nothing."
I guess that's normal. After all, I would rather not be thrown in a forest with monsters around and fight for my life as soon as I appear.
"Thought I am for this opportunity, you must have some kind of thing you want me to do; otherwise, we wouldn't be here."
"Indeed, you are right, little one, and we can easily say that the fate of the world lies in your hands."
'Damn, so high right off the bat, and most importantly, this will be a pain. I never really wanted to be some kind of chosen one fated to save the word. Thought, I am confident that I will not turn to the dark side; this will not be without pain.'
I look at Reina with a questioning look, telling her to continue her story.
"I will say it now; you only need to support the chosen one; he is not chosen by me, but I will need you to make sure that what he holds does not disappear."
'Few, so I am not going to save the world. Good to know.'
"So where will you send me? I mean, what does the world look like, and what kind of power will I be granted?"
That's the most important part of the deal. I need to know things like this and be prepared for any event that comes my way.
"Actually, you know it well, because this world is almost identical to this fiction work in your would that is called MHA."
Wait, What? Seriously? Such a world actually exists out there? I have actually seen all the anime up to season 6 and the last chapters after Tomura's and AFO's deaths. Since she says that it's almost identical, the plot would remain the same in the big lines, but since she summons me, that means there's going to be differences with the original work.
"So I guess the task you mentioned is not to let the one-for-all disappear and help Midoriya conserve it, right? "
"You understand quickly; that's good because our time in here is limited."
"Alright, I got the gist of it and what I need to do. So about the quirk you're going to give…"
"It will not be really a quirk strictly speaking since you will be given powers, skills, and knowledge of the Naruto world."
My mind went blank at that moment, then I realized the possibilities… but there is something that bothers me
"Alright, but why from the Naruto world specifically? You didn't even give me a choice here. Why not a quirk or another type of power?"
"Because chakra and Jutsus are by far the most compatible with your soul and thus your new body."
I shook my head in approval, but I still have doubts about this. I thought if she says so, being a goddess and all, she probably knows more about this than the earthling me, who was an atheist through and through. Likewise, I also feel that I better not ask about this for now.
"Fine by me, but what kind of techniques exactly and about my body can I have specific lineages like Uchiha and their Sharingan for example, or some other Keikkei Genkai?"
"Again, this is determined by the compatibility between your new body and your soul; however, I can help you with a little gift of mine. I can at least guarantee the Sharingan and Uchiha bloodlines, but if you are lucky enough, you might get more."
'If I could get more, that would be pretty good, but Uchiha by itself is good enough.'
The goddess then looks at me in the eyes (if I even have some, since I'm a soul right now) and makes an interesting proposition.
"In addition to my gift, we can also erase not your memories but your current identity, in exchange for more power you will be able to remember knowledge of your previous world, but everything about your identity will disappear."
I am baffled by this statement
'Identity against power? That's difficult to swallow. But in my case, I'm dead.'
"How much power can I gain from this?"
That's a legitimate question, I think; erasing an identity is no small matter for a person.
"It depends on the power of the soul, but since I chose you because you have a powerful soul, I expect that there will be massive benefits from this, you probably get an affinity for nearly or all elements."
This is a very tempting proposition. Since I'm dead, my old identity will be useless, which will make it easier to adapt to the new norms of the MHA world.
"Alright, I will take on your offer."
"That was fast for a difficult decision."
"I have nothing more to lose anyway; I am already dead."
After a minute of silence, she replies with a smile on her face.
"Very well, after we will proceed after we made something clear…"
Her expression turned serious again, staring at me like she could see through my thoughts.
"Your task I is to make sure that the OFA remains after AFO's defeat however due to your presence and maybe other factors, things can deviate from its original path. The OFA is a power that must remain in the world in case a new threat emerges."
'I understand, but it appears that she is not telling me everything, but she probably has her reasons; curiosity kills the cat.'
I trust my instinct on this; she admitted herself that my soul is powerful, so she needs me and will not do anything that could endanger me.
"Your powers will be identified as two distinctive quirks. However, they are fundamentally different from quirks, and thus, they can't be stolen, copied, erased, or reproduced in laboratories."
"That's reassuring. This is the thing I was worried about the most. Then what about Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan? Since I'm unique, I can't transplant eyes."
"No need to be worried about it. My gift included a strong affinity for Yin chakra, which is the base of the Sharingan, and you will probably not need to lose someone to gain Mangekyō either, since strong motions make the Yin chakra stronger for a brief moment, activating Sharingan or it's evolutions."
I see… Transplants to obtain ESM are just adding the already present yin chakra in the eyes with the yin from the new body. Good thing to not worry about going blind if I have great affinity for it.
"I think that's all for my part and our time is up, so we need to proceed with the exchange."
While saying that, Reina extends her hand, releasing a blinding light from her hand.
"Gods are by no means omnipotent, all powerful or immortal, this is going to put me in deep slumber for a few years after this ritual. Live your life to the fullest while you are there."
This is the sentence I heard before losing consciousness.
Author's note:
Hello there, dear readers. There is the romance part that I'm not sure on what I will do with it; we will do a vote. You just have to comment on the options, and if you have other ideas, feel free to share them. Since I already decided to get Izuku x Ochaco don't mention it, please.

Harem (this one is tricky, but if chosen, I will do my best for it to makes sense and not reduce girls to trophies; I hate that).
No romance (because it can be done, and it's not to your taste).
