~POV Akira Uchiha~
The day after the quirk test. Lessons have just begun and are already boring as hell. The first one was English. Since I already have my previous knowledge, it's only a formality.
At lunch, I sat with Kaminari, Ashido, Kirishima, Jiro, Hagakure and Ojiro. We discuss the lesson we just had.
"Man, this Lesson was not what I expected." Kirishima said, clearly disappointed.
"Yeah, I thought that we would have to do hero things, you know." (Kaminari)
"It's just turned that way." (Jiro)
"Don't worry, we still have heroic class this afternoon!" (Ashido)
"Hey I wanted to ask you all what are your quirks exactly, especially you Uchiha-san I can't understand how it works from the test alone." (Hagakure)
Hagakure said while looking at me, even if I can't see her face, but I can feel her gaze on me. Little precision, with my Sharingan I CAN see her just fine… it is a problem in itself.
"Haha, just call me Akira everyone, as for the quirks, it wouldn't be wise to tell you now." (Akira)
"Why?" (Jiro)

"Because, as Ashido-san said, we have heroic class this afternoon. You don't know what this lesson is. if it makes us fight each other, the element of surprise can be decisive."

"Even if I say that, some of us already showed what their exact quirks are."
I look back at her, meaning the obvious

Afternoon:
We are all sited in our places. My classmates talk among themselves about who would be our sensei for the class.
"Nee, nee, who do you think is our sensei Akira?"
Ashido, who was next to me, asks

Before she could continue, I felt someone running through the corridors
"I AM… ARRIVING THROUGH THE DOOR!"
"All Might!"
My classmates are exited, having All Might as our sensei.
'Sure, I think the man is respectable, and his achievements speak loud enough, but I still can't understand all the craze about him.'
I notice that he seems better and more powerful than the last time I saw him.
'Guess the vitality seal was effective… More than I thought, actually… I see the embers of OFA sucking the vitality in the seal to sustain All Might's powers. But there's a limit. It will vanish eventually.'
While I analyze All Might's power, he gave us our costumes to go out
At training ground B
We are all standing before all Might in our Hero costumes. The costumes of my comrades are the same as the original. When I saw Midoriya, I nearly laughed out loud given how ridiculous it is.
As for my costume? At first glance, it seems to be a Big and long cloak similar to Akatsuki's uniform with black protective boots. Instead of the red clouds, There are lines running down to my arms and ankles, the same dark-red color as my hair. Why the cloak? One because it looks good and two because my real costume is hidden underneath.
My real attire is composed of a standard Shinobi uniform with metal plates on my chest, shoulders, tights, and tibia where it won't hinder my movements.
On my waist belt filled with pouches full of different scrolls, kunais, shurikens, explosive tags, smoke bombs and other hidden tools for any situation I could think of. How can I have all of these?
The principal kindly allowed me to carry all of that (in exchange for information about my powers). Everything made of metal was crafted by the support department and i, of course, crafted the scrolls myself. Using a space seal of my making, the space inside the pouches was extended to be incomparably bigger than the actual size of the container.
The cloak's purposes are to hide my Hand Seals with the long sleeves and my arsenal. In public patrol, it would not look good if I am visibly armed to the teeth.
"Now we will begin the training. You will fight your comrades in pairs of heroes and villains. This will be a training in interior. The villains will defend a bomb, while the heroes have to either capture the villains or take control of the bomb. The teams will be chosen at random."
All Might then finish his explanations with safety measures such as not destroying the building as much as possible.
"Now the teams are set!"
Team A: Midoriya and Uraraka
Team B: Todoroki and Shoji
Team C: Yaoyorozu and Mineta
Team D: Bakugo and Ida
Team E: Ashido and Uchiha
Team F: Koda and Sato
Team G: Kaminari and Jiro
Team H: Tokoyami and Asui
Team I: Ojiro and Hagakure
Team J: Sero and Kirishima
"Oh! We meet again, Akira".
Ashido was excited to be my partner for this practice
"And the first two first teams to face each other are… Villains team D and Heroes team A".
After the first match

Silence reigned in the control room. The battleground is in ruin, Midoriya's unconscious and severely wounded, and Bakugo unhurt but traumatized.
"Mmm, why did the hero win? Can anyone explain?"
"Yes All Might-Sensei."
Yaoyorozu raises her hand.
''Ida-san was the most adapted to the situation. Bakugo-san rushed head down to settle a personal matter. Despite your Warnings, he almost destroyed the building. Same for Midoriya-san and seeing his state, it was a reckless plan. Uraraka-san was not concentrated, and her last attack was dangerous if it was a real bomb. Ida-san was the only one who took measures and kept the danger of the bomb in the head. The Hero team only won because it was an exercise."
Silence reigned for a few seconds. Before All Might had the chance to speak. I make the last comment with a sly grin on my face.
"I would like to add that Ida needs to be more flexible and respond optimally to any unforeseen situation that come his way."
I want to put the last nail on the coffin to tease the number one. All Might is the only one who could see the lower half of my face. Even with a mask, he understood that I was making fun of him. He seemed a little frustrated by his lack of teaching ability.
"Well, then we will begin the second match… Team B as heroes and team I as villains."
The match ended instantly, with Todoroki freezing the entire building.
"What the hell is that power?!" (Kaminari)
"That explain the recommendation." (Asui)
"Now please gather for the debrief of the second match."
When Team B and I returned.
"Well then what have you noted for this match."
The room was eerily silent. The victory was so fast that even Yaoyorozu found it difficult to say anything, so I raised my hand instead.
"Yes, Young Uchiha."
Everyone's attention gathers toward me, even Bakugo, who is still in a daze, finally snapped.
"This victory was the fastest so far and will probably remain as such. However, there are a few points that I'd like to point out. First, Shoji tried to gather information which is worthy of merits. Then Todoroki, you froze the whole building, leaving no chance for Ojiro and Hagakure to retaliate. You said that your levels were different, right?"
"How can you know that? The sounds are not transmitted?" (Kirishima)

I said in a calm voice. All Might remained silent, interest in where I was getting at. My classmates are looking at me in wonder and surprise that I can read his leaps through the monitor. Only Yaoyorozu seemed to understand where this was going.
"Yes, the match is already proof enough of that." Todoroki flatly answers.
"Well, I don't agree with you there."
Stating my thoughts
"What do you mean?" (Kaminari)
"The decisive factor of this match was compatibility, not strength. You knew from the quirk test that Ojiro and Hagakure had no way to counter your ice. But would the result be the same if your opponent had a way to counter it? Take Aizawa-sensei for example. Do you deal with a horde of enemies faster than him, using your ice makes you stronger than him? If you were to face him one-on-one with your quirk, you would have a chance to beat him. But if he erases your quirk, what would happen? You would be destroyed because you don't know how to fight without your quirk. Same case with Ojiro, if you're unable to use your quirk for some reason, you would be beaten. You could even be taken out by surprise by a sneak attack performed by Hagakure."
My comrades are silent the whole time. Only All Might and Yaoyorozu nodded, understanding my point. Todoroki Just looked at me with his usual non-expressive face.
"Aizawa-sensei's case is too specific. But what if your ice was ineffective. What if someone can counter it without cancelling it? It is unclear to me why you don't use your flames, but I can feel it… you don't control your left side well, don't you? So what will you do? Be defeated because your ice did not work, or use your left side as a last resort with the risk of collateral damage caused by your poor control over it?"
Todoroki remained silent, I definitely touched a nerve there.
