Micah
I could feel the pain in my head before I had even opened my eyes and I knew that this was going to be yet another hard day.
That thought didn't make me want to wake up. Nope, not once single bit. But it was already too late to try to pretend to stay asleep because the moment I took too deep of a breath, I felt the hand holding mine tighten.
"Don't even think about it." Came the husky voice I had been both hoping to hear and not to hear.
Well, there went that idea. Whoever it was who said that having a wolf for a boyfriend was fun was sourly mistaken or maybe they hadn't dated a wolf quite like Tristan before.
Maybe I had struck some kind of supernatural lottery or something, who knows. And while it wasn't all bad, the fact that I could hardly get anything past his preternatural senses was still a bit annoying.
