But then,after the accident on their main wedding celebration day, Daniella thought she was finally going to have a chance in Xaden's life after Mira died but disappointingly,the bitch survived but was said to have lost her senses.
Thinking that she still had a chance as she felt Xaden would never be with a mad woman,she stayed around hoping one day Xaden would eventually get tired of her and send her away to an asylum before looking for another woman and then,that would be the moment she comes in but sadly Xaden never did any of the things she had expected, instead his love for her became even stronger and he now treats her like a pet, doing anything and everything for her, going above and beyond for her,the money he had spent on her drugs alone was counting up to millions,he had totally surrendered his entire being to Mira for over a year and he never got tired of it.
This was all so surprising for Daniella because she knew Xaden was such a short tempered person especially towards clumsiness,how then on hell was he able to tolerate Mira and her childish behavior for so long without getting sick of her, well that was none of Daniella's concern anymore,all she knew was that tonight's strike was gonna push Xaden to the point of having no choice but to send Mira to an asylum.
She closed her eyes firmly for a second and when she opened them again,they were burning with evil and ruthless determination.
Back in the kitchen.....
Xaden finished preparing the tea and after tasting that it was good enough,he took it up to his wife in their room,on his way,as he passed by the second floor,he failed to notice a Daniella peeping at him through her door that was slightly opened,she was probably monitoring his movements.
As soon as Xaden arrived back at the room,he saw that Mira was still on the bed peacefully admiring the teddy Shawn had gotten for her,the anti relaxant was still active in her body and that was why she wasn't so giddy anymore, she didn't notice him on time but when she did,she smiled at him and Xaden smiled back before he walked towards her placing the tea by the bedside table before he moved and began to undress her,it was already late and she was supposed to be resting by now.
"Okay love " he said gently undoing the buttons of her top, slowly exposing her full round bosoms " it's time to take a shower so you can go to bed mmm,and I promise the water is going to be hot okay,it's not cold " he quickly added hoping she didn't protest and stress him before having her bath but to Xaden's utmost surprise,she did no such,she didn't even frown but instead pulled herself closer to Xaden so he could easily take off her top.
Xaden smiled seeing her comply today. " Mmm, someone's being good today " he teased before he planted a kiss on her slightly pouted lips,Mira blushed from her husband's kiss as she began to fiddle with his collar while Xaden continued undressing her not minding the fact that her touch was doing him dirty.
Xaden undressed her until she was left with just her bra and panties, looking at his wife's flawless skin exposed before him,he knew it was gonna be another hell of a torturous journey.
After undressing her,Xaden was just about to carry her into the bathroom when he noticed her medicine kit box beside the pillow,he stopped and creased his brows wondering how it ended up there but then he was quick to remember that he was the one who had placed them there in the morning when he was convincing Mira to take her drugs and in his rush to get to the office in time,he must have forgotten them on the bed.
'How could you be so careless Xaden ' he scolded himself before he reached out for it and placed it on the middle of the bed,the moment Mira took her evening dose,he was gonna return it back.
He carried Mira into the bathroom and as soon as he was in,he placed her into the bathtub after taking off her undies and switched on the warm water tap, allowing warm water to flow in it with Mira inside
Xaden had spent about 5 minutes In the bathroom before he realized Mira was out of shampoo for her hair, because of Mira's exceptional hair color,he had made sure to get an exceptional shampoo that kept her flaming red hair bright and neat.
He quickly dashed out of the bathroom to fetch the shampoo before Mira noticed ,as he entered their dimly lit room,he moved straight to Mira's wardrobe,the section where he usually kept her body care stuff like shampoo, perfume and other things.
He had just acquired the new bottle of shampoo from the wardrobe and was about to turn to go when he noticed the curtain ahead of him move,he creased his brows wondering why because all the windows were shut and even the AC's were off.
His eyes dimmed as he moved close to the curtain to check why it had moved like that
Time seemed to have slowed down as he was only a step away from the curtain,he moved his hands to raise the curtain but suddenly.....
"Hubby,hubbyyyy...." Mira called out in a scared voice from the bathroom
Xaden's eyes immediately snapped back to the bathroom and he quickly ran towards it
On arrival at the bathroom,he saw that the tub was already filled up to the brim and overflowing with Mira still inside looking afraid and unable to move.
Seeing his wife's scared face,Xaden quickly rushed to put off the tap so she didn't panic further, seeing the bathtub fill up with her inside must have scared her really bad.
