Chapter 34 - The Grind

The gym was alive with the sound of pulsating music and the rhythmic clang of weights. Each grunt and pant echoed off the walls, a testament to the hard work happening within. Jamar stood at the center, a whirlwind of energy and focus, his muscles taut and defined as he powered through his routine.

"Thirty," he muttered, completing another set of bench presses. The 70-kilogram weights returned to the bar with a satisfying clank as he sat up, wiping the sweat from his brow. He took a moment to catch his breath, his chest rising and falling heavily.

Jamar moved to the leg press machine, adjusting the weights before settling in. His mind was a sea of determination, each press a reminder of the goals he was inching closer to achieving. As his legs pushed against the resistance, he could feel the burn in his muscles, a feeling he had come to embrace.
