Victor's eyes slowly moved down to stare at the fallen tree, clearly taken aback by the sudden turn of events. Then, his eyes moved to the sword in his hand. The thing was looking as blue as ever, with a chilling mist around it that didn't seem to affect Victor.
However, the way the boy looked at it was completely different from before. There was now a clear surprise and a sense of eeriness in his eyes. Deep down, Victor was expecting the sword to be strong, even this strong considering the fact it was an entire stage stronger than him.
But, seeing it with his own eyes, and imagining it are completely different things. The reality was there, a sword had cut a thick tree in half with one swing as if it was nothing. That sounded like a ridiculous thing to imagine, but it was the truth.
After a few seconds, the boy exhaled a breath as he laughed coldly. Holding his face with his hand, he looked at the Shard Of Borealis.
