Loud hoofbeats were heard on a cobblestone road, as a large rider in black rode his large black stallion through the dark countryside road. The night sky was clear, letting the all so brilliant moonlight shine brightly down upon the large riders path.
With great speed the rider was approaching the gates of North Arthuria, that was in the distance. The city stood quiet and mostly in the dark, as most were asleep at this time of night. Only some yawning guards could be seen at the gatehouse with their lanterns lit.
Soon the loud and heavy hoofbeats came closer, alerting the guards to the riders coming. When the rider was in seeing distance of the guards, he suddenly pulled out a massive black sword from his back. The guards shook in slight fear at the sight of it and immediately rang a small bell that awoke the entire gatehouse. Quickly a few lightly dressed archers came upon the wall, more men with swords, shields and halberds came.
Encouraged by their numbers, they quickly formed a wall of steal In front of the gate, as one of them stepped forward yelling. "Halt stranger, and sheath your blade! This is your first and last warning!"
The rider did no such thing, he merely slowed his horses pace into a light gallop, pulled back his sword and tossed it like a javelin towards the guards. With great force it flew through the air making a swishing sound as it did and then fell, and planted its self firmly into the ground in front of the guards.
Seeing the sword the men were all taken a back, as the rider then came to a stop in front of them and spoke with a deep rough sounding voice. "Captain, take my sword to the blacksmith and see it repaired and polished for the coming parade in two days. I want it to shine for the people, do not fail me."
The capten seemed stunned as he nodded his head fiercely, to which the rider didn't react to and merely said. "Now move!"
His loud words made the Captain tremble in fear and awe, as he quickly bowed his head and said something which caused all the men to do as he.
Quickly the men made way for the rider, bowed their heads and kept them so, not daring to look at the black rider as he rode past them. The rider didn't say anything more and didn't even so much as glance at them.
For a moment there seemed to be a suffocating tension in the air, as the men didn't move or even dare to breathe. And only after a few moments had passed, and the rider was far off did they finally dare to lift up their heads and breathe again.
Galloping through the mostly empty and dark streets of Northern Arthuria, the horse and rider quickly came to a stop as a light caught the riders eye. It was but a single faint light, but enough for his keen, light blue eyes to catch a glimpse of the sign outside the building. A sign which words made him turn his steed towards it and make it start heading there.

Lili felt annoyed by the men in her Inn. Now instead of 6, there was now 8. Two more of Robins so called friends had come and they weren't going anywhere it seemed. With each round of drinks and food she gave them they only became louder, bolder and more insufferable.
The men now even had their muddy boots on her tables. Tables which she had just cleaned some time ago, and despite her telling them not to do it, they didn't listen. The men merely laughed at her and told her to get them some more drinks and food.
And thanks to Robin mentioning to them that she could sing, that was now also something that she was made to do. She did warn them that it would cost more, but they didn't care. Lili figured that they didn't even intend to pay in the first place anyway, which was ok with her as she could just call on the guards later and have them then pay.
Another annoyance was Robin, who had after a few drinks decided to start following her around and telling her stories of his and his friends travels. And so he had started boasting loudly to her about all that he and his friends had killed, seen and plundered in the war or whatever.
Lili didn't really care about this, the men just disgusted her as did Robin. Robin talked of killing, robbing and even raping some Lycan's as if it were but a normal fun thing, like it was some great achievement or something. And worst of all was that Robin seriously thought that this was how he was going to win her favour back. He seemed to think that this was proof of him being some grown man or something.
She did tell him to stop, but he was too drunk and too full of himself to listen. And after the fourth round of drinks and food that she gave them, she had had enough.
She had placed her dainty little hands on her hips and tried to fiercely look to them as she told them to get out. But the men didn't listen, they just laughed again, straight into her face and even dared to say. "Be quiet girl, don't ever interrupt us men when we are speaking. That is, unless you wish to offer us something more than just your food and drinks, hahaha!"
Biting her lip in defeat, Lili wanted to just leave to get the sisters, but Robin was right there behind her. She couldn't slip into the underground with him there looking at her.
Annoyed by the men and feeling the situation getting out of hand, Lili decided to just leave out the front door. She was no fool to the men's gazes, she could see the lust in their eyes and with every passing moment and drink they got bolder and bolder.
At first they only took a few glances at her, but now they stared at her with no shame. They pointed towards her, made disgusting gestures and laughed thinking that she couldn't see or hear them. Just how stupid did they honestly think she was, anyone could see those gestures from a mile away.
She needed to get out, she didn't want to admit it, but the truth was that she was powerless against these men. If they wanted to do something to her, then there was nothing that she could honestly say or do to stop them, she was totally at their mercy here.
And so instead of going to the kitchen again, she turned towards the exit. Robin was right behind her, she could feel his gaze on her and it wasn't good, but she walked and said nothing about it.
Coming to the door she took a hold of the handle and pulled on it. The door opened but an inch before Robin placed his hand on it and pressed his body against hers.
As his one hand held the door closed, his other hand lightly took a hold of one of her twintails, as he then sniffed it. As he did this, she suddenly could feel his member hardening as it pressed against her back. She could hear and feel him smelling her hair, as he then, slowly, and lustfully said. "Mmm, you smell good, like a Lili, hehe. Oh how I could just hold on to your lovely, smooth and oh so beautiful hair forever and ever."
This set alarms going off in Lilis head saying. Danger danger danger, run run run! Shivers ran through her spine as she quickly moved to the side, out of his reach and said. "Oh look, the pots already boiling. I better go attend to that soup already, hehehe."
Looking towards the fire place, Lili could see the men looking at her from the sofas hungrily. To go to the fireplace she would need to walk past them, past their gazes, she didn't want to do it, but what else was she to do now.
With her head down, she tried not to look at them, she tried to look small, to seem invisible as she took two steps forward, until Robins arms suddenly came around her. The man hugged her from behind, coming dangerously close to her as he placed his head on her shoulder and said. "Mmm, please don't go Lili, I still want to feel more of you."
Lilis whole body stiffened at his touch, his words sounded so creepy, his breath stank, the man was clearly drunk. She pulled on his arms with her dainty little hands, she wanted to get away, but couldn't.
She could feel his breath upon her cheek. She tried to move her head away from his, but his right hand took a hold of her chin. With force he tried to turn her head towards his, as he said. "Come on, give me a kiss. I know you want to."
Hell no, Lili thought. She definitely wasn't going to give her first kiss to him, to this lustful asshole, no way. In desperation she yelled. "No, stop it Robin! I don't like you, ok! I never have and never will! Not like that at least! Why can't you understand that!"
As she said this, she suddenly felt danger, Robins grip on her chin hardened and it began to hurt.
Thinking quickly Lili opened her mouth wide and bit down as hard as she could on his hand.
"Ahhhhh!" Robin yelled as he let go of her and shoved her to the floor.
Falling on the Inns soft front carpet her fall was lessened, but a feeling of danger followed.
In anger she could hear him yell to her. "You fucking bitch!"
Lili tried to crawl away, but Robin grabbed her leg and pulled her under him. His hands grabbed at her shoulders and forced her to face him as he sat atop her with rage on his face.
Robin gritted his teeth in rage and spoke harshly as he said. "Why, why don't you love me? Why Lili, why?"
His larger hands pinned her little hands to the floor, she was trapped there under him now, as she said. "I just don't, ok! Why can't you understand that?"
Robin seemed like he was about to burst in rage. Clearly this was not what he wanted to hear, Lili knew it. But what was she to say. From the very start, she had never held any real feelings deeper than friendship towards him. She just wasn't interested and that was it, there was no spark and no deep connection between them, but how could she explain this to him she didn't know.
But just then the door of the Inn opened, cold air from outside swooped in. Everyone turned to see who it was, even Robin did as he immediately said. "What? Who the fuck are you? Get out!"
Looking at the man at the door, Lili was totally stunned into disbelief. There she could see a black hooded man, who was definitely the largest man she had ever seen. Under his hood and in the dimly lit Inn, she couldn't see him clearly, but what she saw was unlike anything she had ever seen before. The man looked like a golden blonde bearded viking warrior.
And though being as small as she was, with everyone and everything seeming so big to her, like everyone were giants, this man still somehow managed to be even bigger, like he was on a completely different level. He stood at least a head taller than Robin and unlike Robin, this man was really big and packed with muscles. He also had a large golden blonde coloured beard, really long hair, that all in all gave him that Scandinavian viking warrior look.
Seeing him and seeing as Robin didn't know him, Lili desperately called out to him. "Please help me! I'll make it worth your time, please! I have money, I'll give whatever you want, just save me!"
After saying this, Robin suddenly placed a hand on her mouth, shutting her up and was about to yell out something, when suddenly the large mans right leg moved. The air just made a swishing sound as his large leg impacted with Robins side and sent him flying a few meters away.
Wide eyed and adrenaline pumping in her veins, Lili watched as the man pulled his large leg back and then crouched down next to her. She watched as he reached out his large hand to her and gently asked. "Are you ok?"
Turning her gaze from his large hand to then look up at his bearded face, she then saw them, two bright light blue eyes looking at her. She didn't know why, but they felt so familiar to her, so comforting to see and so kind looking.
Lili felt like she was in a daze. Without much thought she placed her dainty little hand on his large one. Touching it she could feel how rough it was, she could feel just how firm it was, how warm it was and so powerful. It was almost like touching solid stone, totally unmoving and easily capable of supporting her entire weight without any problem.
She also couldn't help but notice just how long and thick his fingers were. Her fingers seemed so small and slender in comparison to his. And as he closed his hand around hers, she couldn't even anymore see her own hand as his was so big.
Then his other hand reached out towards her and gently took a hold of her thin waist, as she was then lifted back up to her feet.
His large hands held her steady there, right in front of him. She just about came up to his midsection. Looking up at him she just thought, wow this old man is big.
Now she really needed to look up, in order to see his face which seemed so far from her. Looking up at him she could see him looking down at her with a bitter smile on his face, for some reason.
But then the moment between them broke as angry shouts came, startling her. Looking towards the voices she could see the men were clearly enraged. "How fucking dare you! You'll pay for that, big man!" The five bad men threatened, as they pulled out their blades, and redied their bows and arrows.
They seemed intent to kill now, this was just what Lili was afraid of. These men were killers, they wouldn't hesitate to use violence to have their way. Especially now that Robin lay on the ground yelling in pain and with what seemed like a broken arm.
A feeling of utter fear came to her, she could feel her body trembling. She wanted to run, but she couldn't. She was too afraid to do so, what if?
But then she felt a large gentle hand grab a hold of her chin. The man made her look away from the bad men, and instead look at him, which she did.
Feeling his touch she felt no disgust, she felt no danger or malicious intent. She felt at ease and safe. She didn't know why exactly, but she just knew that she could trust this man, he would protect her.
Using one of his large fingers he gently wiped away her tiers, which she didn't even realise that she had. Now the bitter smile was gone from his face and instead there was a confident smile as he said. "Don't look at them, just keep your eyes on me, ok. I'll make them go away for you, so don't you worry your pretty little head over them, it's going to be ok soon."
Saying this the man gently placed a hand on her head, ruffled her hair a little and then walked past her. He placed his large body between her and the bad men.
He didn't seem to hold any weapons on him and no armour. And yet he stood there without any fear or hesitation to be seen.
Lili wanted to say something, to take back her words. She wanted to tell him to turn back and run. She didn't want to see him get hurt. But before she could say anything, an arrow was set loose and the battle already started.
