Chapter 14 - SIS-ASUKA.

"Are you okay?! You're injured, did you go to the hospital?"I asked, trying to sound concerned. But all I got was a grunt. 'Hmm~'

"Do you still hold a grudge against me?! Don't you love me?"Another grunt. 'Hmm~'

"WHAT?! SAY SOMETHING, MAN! TALK TO ME!" I exclaimed, exasperated by his monosyllabic responses.

What!! You think I could ever love you?! You're the last person I'd ever want to be with! Do you remember what you did to me in college?!

You and Aki ganged up on me, beat me to a pulp, and left me for dead! You even ordered your bodyguards to throw me into the river! I was saved by a kind stranger, but the trauma has stayed with me forever!

And if that wasn't enough, you and your friends took it too far when you threw me off the 2nd floor of our college building! I'll never forget the sound of your laughter and the sight of you eating popcorn as I lay there, broken and helpless!

Even if you were the last person on earth! I'd rather die than give you the satisfaction of having me. You're disgusting, despicable, and depraved. I utterly disgust you to death, and I'll never forgive you for what you've done to me!"

The aftermath of their brutality left me shattered, my body broken and bruised, with countless bone injuries that still linger to this day.

But the physical pain was nothing compared to the emotional torment I endured. Just when I thought I'd hit rock bottom, her sister came to me, tears in her eyes, and apologised for the hell they'd put me through.

For a moment, I thought there was a glimmer of hope, a chance for redemption and forgiveness.

But little did I know, the Lu family was secretly manipulating us all along, using my vulnerability to forge a deal with her. The thought of it still makes my blood boil - how they exploited my suffering for their own gain, how they turned my pain into a bargaining chip.

It's a memory I desperately try to forget, a reminder of the darkness that lurks in the hearts of those who claim to care. The mere thought of it is disgusting, a constant reminder of the trauma I've endured."

Even if you were the last person on earth! I'd rather die than give you the satisfaction of having me. You're disgusting, despicable, and depraved. I utterly disgust you to death, and I'll never forgive you for what you've done to me!

Her older sister, a guardian angel in my past life, showered me with kindness and compassion. She'd bring steaming bowls of soup and tender meat to nourish my battered body, her gentle touch and warm smile a balm to my soul. Her selflessness and empathy were a beacon of hope in my darkest days.

But Yuri, her younger sister, is a stark contrast - a heart of stone, a soul of ice. Where her sister's touch healed, Yuri's words cut deep, her actions a toxic poison that still lingers in my veins. The siblings may share a bloodline, but they're worlds apart in spirit and heart.

"If you're not going to talk to me, I'll have no choice but to tattle to sis about how you heroically injured your stomach for me on that fateful street corner!" I said, trying to sound as innocent and menacing as possible.

"WAIT, WHAT?! YOU wouldn't DARE!" he exclaimed, his eyes widening in alarm.

"Oh, but I would!' I replied, a sly grin spreading across my face, "And when I do, don't say I didn't warn you... my sister's wrath is not to be trifled with! You've been warned!"

"Okay fine, my sister's little sister."

After an hour of her non-stop chatter, I was begging for mercy, my ears pleading for a reprieve from the verbal onslaught.

Just when I thought I couldn't take it anymore, we finally arrived at the sanctuary of our rental house. I stumbled through the door, exhausted from the day's events, and made a beeline for the bed. I collapsed onto the mattress, feeling like I'd been put through a wringer.

The last thing I remembered was her laughter and the faint sound of her saying 'I'm not done with you yet...' before I drifted off into a well-deserved coma.

As I woke up, I was surprised to see a familiar figure cuddling me. It was Sis-Asuka! Akari told me that Yuri had filled her in on everything about the accident.

"When she heard about your injured stomach, she rushed to your side, gently removed your clothes, and washed you with care. Eventually, she fell asleep holding your hand."

I gently stroked Asuka's head with love and affection, and whispered a promise in her ear: "I'll never make you worry again, Sis-Asuka, I'm sorry."

Her face flushed with a sweet blush, and she playfully pulled my ear, asking me to explain everything clearly to her. In that tender moment, our bond shone bright, and I knew that everything would be alright between us.
