Kaijin's heart pounded in his chest as he stood facing Meiro. The weight of the situation was unbearable, but Meiro looked entirely at ease, his grin twisted with mischief.
"What do you think you're doing, Meiro?!" Kaijin shouted, his voice laced with urgency. "You're going to murder innocent lives, just like they killed your sister!"
Meiro's grin only widened. "I don't give a crap about these people. Not all the lives here are innocent."
"You don't know that!" Kaijin argued, frustration boiling inside him.
Meiro scoffed, taking pleasure in Kaijin's reaction. "Tch. My Kami no Minamoto is a very special one, even though it's dimensionless. As long as you've made contact with it, whether your leg touched the light on the ground or you've simply seen it, once I snap my fingers, you'll start exploding. And it won't stop until you're dead. Same goes for everyone inside the carnival who's made contact with it."
