They first traveled overland to Sima City, and with the caravan's slow pace, it would take them a month to get there by land. Gu Shi Yi wasn't in a hurry, however. Traveling with the caravan, she could eat and drink for free; with people calling her "Little Master Gu" wherever she went, what was not to like?
Ever since she had saved Third Miss Wang, the young lady had grown especially fond of Gu Shi Yi. Whenever the caravan halted for a break, she would often invite Gu Shi Yi over for a chat.
