He must be Doctor Jiang. The photo posted at the reception was a bit distorted, but his name was on the veterinary license: Jiang Chengxue.
He opened a door, "Come in."
Wen Changling carried the cat carrier inside.
White lab coats hung on the rack, Jiang Chengxue took one and put it on, then donned disposable gloves and a mask.
There was a table in the treatment room.
He cleared the miscellaneous items off it.
"What's wrong with your cat?"
Wen Changling placed the cat carrier on the table, unzipped it, and lifted out the cat, "There's something stuck in its throat."
The cat meowed weakly.
Jiang Chengxue gently secured the cat's head and bent over.
The distance suddenly closed, the overwhelming presence of his breath rushed at Wen Changling's senses, causing her to step back slightly.
