A few minutes later, Felix and the others had already left the slums behind. Since it was still morning, not many residents had woken up yet, so there weren't many people around to notice them leaving.
The three carriages rumbled along the city streets, heading towards the Edel District. Felix was driving the first carriage, with Zephyr and Brixton following behind in their own carriages.
The carriages they had bought were large and luxurious, able to accommodate ten people at once. The horses pulling the carriages were also quite large twice as big as ordinary horse and their speed was quite fast as well.
As they made their way towards the Edel District, everyone had serious expressions on their faces, except for the children who were still making noise in the carriage.
They were clueless about what was happening, only knowing that they were moving to a new house.
After thirty minutes, they arrived at the Edel District and approached the huge golden gate.
" Stop!" The guards from before stopped him. Felix quickly leaped from the carriage and approach the guards.
" It's you!" The captain of the guards immediately recognized Felix.
Felix smiled and nodded and took out a small square black wooden token the size of a palm and gave it to the captain.
The captain took the black token and his eyes flashed with surprise when he saw the black token.
This black token served as an identity token for those living in the first layer of Edel District. With this token one can enter and leave th first layer of Edel District without much obstruction from the guards.
" You can enter" the captain gave the black token back to Felix and waved his hand.
With a nod, Felix smiled and got back on the coachman's seat and drove the carriage through the gate.
Felix skillfully guided the carriage through the golden gate, with Zephyr and Brixton urging the horses to keep pace.
As they entered the Edel District, the group was met with a breathtaking sight that left them in awe.
Zephyr and Brixton's eyes widened as they took in the beauty around them, while Trinity, Gwendolyn, and Nixie eagerly peered out of the carriage windows, marveling at their surroundings.
The scenery in the Edel District was a stark contrast to the slums they were accustomed to, resembling a slice of heaven.
Felix remained composed as he steered the carriage down the main road, eventually veering onto a smaller path that led to a grand mansion with a striking red iron gate.
The carriages came to a halt, and Felix announced their arrival.
"We are here," Felix declared as he disembarked from the carriage.
Zephyr and Brixton followed suit, assisting Trinity, Gwendolyn, and Nixie as they stepped out with the children in tow.
The group stood in awe before the massive mansion, their faces reflecting a mix of shock and wonder.
The mansion's sheer size, highlighted by its imposing gate, left everyone speechless. The children, including Una, Delphine, Zoe, Thea, Lela, Costa, Leon, and Mike, were equally captivated by the sight before them.
Among the children, Costa was the oldest, while Una was the youngest. Their eyes wire filled with a sense of excitement and curiosity.
As they stood together, taking in the grandeur of their new surroundings, a sense of anticipation filled their eyes.
" Big bro this is the mansion you bought? " Brixton exclaimed, taking a deep breath as he looked at the impressive building.
Felix grinned, showing off his pearly white teeth. "Pretty good, right?"
Nixie jumped in excitement. "Pretty good?! Big bro, this mansion is like a palace!"
The others nodded in agreement, feeling the same way about the grandeur of the mansion.
Nixie couldn't contain her curiosity. "Oh yeah big bro how much did this place cost?"
Felix's eyes flickered as he revealed, "This mansion cost 150,000 Gold Coins."
The group was shocked by the price, especially Trinity, who clenched her fist in disbelief.
"But this mansion is worth every penny," Felix assured them.
" The mansion is quite big as you see from the size, the walls are made from extremely hard quality materials even a Tier 2 Mana Cultivator will find it difficult to break it down, There is one main villa and seven secondary villas, three Cultivation rooms equipped with 1 Star Mana Gathering Formation, two fifty meters wide training grounds with complete facilities and the environment is quite nice and pleasant " Felix explained with a smirk as he looked at them.
Gwendolyn and the others were shocked and amazed by the mansion's amenities and security.
Felix chuckled, " With this our safety can be guaranteed, now did you think the price is worth it?
" Worth it, this mansion is fucking worth the price " Brixton clenched his fist in excitement.
The others also nodded, they felt this mansion really worth the price.
Costa, the oldest among the children, asked eagerly, " Big brother are we going to live here?"
Felix smiled at the children's excitement. "Yes, Costa, from now on, this is our home."
"Wow, big brother, are we really going to live in this huge house?" Thea's eyes sparkled with excitement.
Felix smiled and nodded, causing the children to erupt into cheers and excitement.
"This house is so big and beautiful!" Lela exclaimed, jumping up and down.
"From now on, this is our house!" Zoe added, also filled with excitement.
"With this big house, we can play a lot!" Mike said with a silly grin.
The children were thrilled to learn they would be living in such a grand place. Felix chuckled at their excitement.
Feeling a tug on his trousers, Felix looked down to see Una looking up at him with her big blue eyes. He chuckled as he picked her up.
"Big brother, is Una going to live in this big house with you?" Una blinked innocently.
"Yes, Una, from now on, all of us are going to live here. Are you happy?" Felix asked, rubbing her head.
Una nodded and smiled cutely.
"Ok, guys, let's go inside," Felix said.
The others eagerly nodded, excited to see the inside of the mansion.
Felix used the black token to open the iron gate, revealing the grand mansion. As they entered, gasps of amazement escaped their mouths as they took in the beautiful scenery.
"Wow, this place is amazing!" Leon exclaimed, with stars in his eyes. The other children agreed, feeling the same way.
"You haven't seen anything yet," Felix grinned, leading them on a tour of the mansion.
As they explored, they gasped and shrieked in surprise, amazed by everything they saw.
An hour later, they had already toured around the mansion, feeling shocked, bewildered, and astonished as all kinds of emotions filled their hearts.
"Wow, big bro, I have to say this mansion is really beautiful," Nixie said. The others also agreed.
Currently, they were sitting inside the pavilion in the mansion beside the small lake. The children were playing by the lake with happy smiles on their faces as they splashed water against each other, their innocent laughter echoing in the surroundings.
"Yeah, big bro, this mansion is really big and luxurious," Zephyr added with a sigh.
"And this is not even considered a big mansion in the Edel District," Gwendolyn said.
"Yeah, I wonder how the other mansions in the second and third layers look like," Trinity sighed.
"Big bro, this place is really big. How can we live in such a big mansion with just a few of us?" Brixton said.
"Yeah, and also taking care of such a huge mansion will be really tiring," Gwendolyn said.
Felix waved his hand, "Don't worry about that. The remaining space in the villa, I'm sure it will come in handy in the future. As for how we're going to take care of the mansion, I'll think about it."
The others nodded.
"Okay, guys, we have to settle everyone and our belongings in the mansion," Felix said. The others nodded and quickly busied themselves. Felix grinned as his eyes flickered.
Just like that, time slowly passed and in the blink of an eye, four days had gone by. During these four days, Felix and the others had been quite relaxed, enjoying the environment and pleasant scenery of the mansion.
Sometimes playing with the children, during these four days they had only gone out once, and that was when they were going to buy some groceries to stock up.
Apart from that they didn't do nothing else their days was quite enjoyable and relaxed.
During these four days the system also noted Felix about the progress of the renovation, so he always know the status of the renovation of the restaurant.
