Maya stood up straight away.

"Let's get out of here!"

"Hehe, as expected of her offspring, she has a very flexible mind!"

A muscular female drow stepped out of the darkness. She was more than two meters tall, with a huge mountain axe on her back, and looked at Maya with a playful expression.

"Rufa, it's you!"

Soon, Maya found herself surrounded by more than forty drow females. She knew that she might be done for today. After all, Rufa is the captain of the family's guard, and she can't beat even ten guards at once, so she can only run away. And her subordinates are all drow elite fighters, making her situation even more hopeless.

"Actually, I don't quite understand why you did that. The cause of your mother's death is very clear. She failed because she was dishonest when accepting the blessing of Lady Lolth, the Spider Queen!"

"And why are you still holding onto it?"

"My mother was the most devout believer of the Lolth Spider Queen. There were so many people who received blessings before without any problems. Why did they have problems only when she arrived?" Maya said, a little crazed.

A glint of cruelty flickered in Rufa's eyes as she suddenly appeared before Maya, her towering presence imposing.

"This doesn't have to be your end," Rufa sneered, her voice dripping with mockery. "I'll give you a chance. No weapons." With a deliberate motion, she tossed her massive battle axe behind her, the metal thundering against the ground. Her dagger followed, clattering beside it.

Maya's eyes narrowed, taking in the sight of Rufa's imposing figure. Without hesitation, she unsheathed two daggers laced with lethal venom, their blades gleaming in the dim light. She moved swiftly, her body a blur as she darted to Rufa's side, aiming for her eyes with deadly precision.

Shing! Her dagger lunged forward, but before the blade could make contact, Rufa caught it between two fingers, as if it were nothing more than a toy.

Maya's heart raced, but she didn't falter. In one fluid motion, she swung her second dagger toward Rufa's throat, aiming to finish the battle. The venom coursing through the blade would be enough to end anyone, even someone like her.

Crack! Rufa's hand shot out like a viper, snatching Maya's arm mid-swing. With a sickening snap, she twisted it effortlessly, the sound of bone breaking and cutting through the air.

Maya gasped, her knees buckling, but she refused to give up. In a desperate move, she spat a small, black needle from her mouth—her last hidden weapon. It streaked toward Rufa's face like a bullet.

Hiss! Rufa dodged, but not fast enough. The needle sliced a thin line across her cheek, drawing blood. Maya grinned through her pain. "You've lost," she gasped, blood seeping from her lips. "That's the venom of the Devil Spider. You won't survive."

Shea rushed forward, grabbing hold of Maya as she wavered, her strength nearly gone.

Rufa wiped the blood from her cheek, glancing at the black needle now embedded in the stone wall beside her. Her lips curled into a wicked smile as she plucked the needle-free and held it up for Maya to see. With deliberate slowness, she stabbed the venom-coated needle into the back of her own hand.

Maya's eyes widened in horror as Rufa's expression turned from pain to pleasure. "You think I'm afraid of this poison? The venom of Devil Spiders? I've been building an immunity to their toxins since I was a child. I stopped fearing it five years ago."

Her voice dripped with malice as Maya's heart sank, the realization dawning that her final trump card had failed.

Rufa stepped closer, her eyes scanning Maya's battered form with cold amusement before turning her gaze to Shea. Her eyes gleamed with malicious intent as they roamed over Shea's delicate face and body. "And this half-breed? I think it's time she gets acquainted with my slaves. She could be shaped into a fine bed warmer; many ladies would enjoy her services, as we rarely see half-breeds here."

The cold edge in Rufa's voice sent a chill down Maya's spine. Her world spun as the weight of defeat crushed her, and the cruelty of her enemy became crystal clear. This was nothing new to her; the whole drow society worked like that.

"Then you are not qualified!" At this moment, there was a fluctuation in the air. Winnie's figure appeared.

"Sister Winnie!" Shea excitedly ran to Winnie and hugged her arm.

"It's all right," Winnie said, touching Shea's bunny ears.

"Sister Winnie, these drow elves are very powerful..." Shea said hastily after regaining her senses.

"My lord is here too!" Winnie said with a smile.

"My lord!" Shea's eyes were filled with joy.

"This must be my lucky day! Another half-breed? Interesting!" Rufa looked at Winnie indifferently. This girl was more powerful, not the same as the rabbit just now. But with her, and with so many drow elite fighters, it should be enough to handle any crisis. To her, it was just one more beautiful slave.

Just as a few drow elves were about to make a move, all the creatures on the scene suddenly felt their heartbeats speed up. The surrounding air seemed to stagnate, and a feeling of facing an apex predator emanated from the depths of their blood.

Rufa felt as if she were shrouded by a huge shadow. She turned her head slowly, and what came into view was a massive black dragon. Those scarlet eyes stared cruelly at Rufa, and saliva dripped from its mouth, corroding a small hole in the ground.

---

I looked down at the drow. It was only the second time I had seen an elf. Drow Elves, Dark Elves, Deep Elves, Night Elves, Under-Elves, and the Dark Ones are a branch of elves, just as there are Chromatic Dragons, Metal Dragons, Ferrous Dragons, and Gem Dragons among the dragons in general.

Elves are also a very broad branch of the race. There are dark elves, nature elves, sun elves, blood elves, gold elves, high elves, sea elves, winged elves, etc., each with different philosophies of survival.

The female elf last time was much prettier than this drow. And this girl's pectoralis major is really strong.

"It's a black dragon!" Rufa screamed. She wanted to run away, but her legs were weak under the full release of my dragon might. The other drow were even more helpless, falling to their knees on the ground, sweating profusely. How could there be a black dragon here?

Nima, it turned out to be a female drow. After hearing this strange voice, I reacted. I suddenly felt offended.

"Your Excellency, the Great Black Dragon, I..." Rufa had a clear understanding of her own strength; the opponent in front of her was possibly a legend, and they were all merely of the tenth order, while she was just of the eleventh order. So, begging for mercy was the best option at this moment.

But before she could say more, I breathed down a breath of lightning. Rufa felt numb all over at first, and then intense heat overwhelmed her. Before she could scream, she lost consciousness.

Immediately, a smell of barbecue came from Rufa's body. The other drow present looked at the human-shaped barbecue and immediately prostrated themselves on the ground. It seemed they hoped to avoid my notice.

"Lord!" Shea had never felt so eager to meet her master before. She bounced and ran to my side.

Maya, on the other hand, was a little dumbfounded. There was also a flicker of fear in her heart. Fortunately, the silly rabbit was not sold; otherwise, she might be the next on the barbecue list.

My nose twitched. The barbecue smelled so good! Even better with some cumin chili powder! It felt as if I hadn't eaten cooked food since I left the dragon's nest. I lowered my head and subconsciously stuck out my tongue and swallowed the humanoid barbecue in front of me.

Uh… The taste is not bad. Sure enough, the dragon's nature affected me too much, damn it! But the taste is really good.

I didn't dwell on this question any longer and turned my attention to the other drow warriors. There were both men and women among these fighters, each with an appearance value more than ten times that of the piece of meat just now.

"Master True Dragon, the drow elf Maya salutes you!" Maya crawled to my side, enduring the pain of her broken arm. Shea at the side rolled her eyes and walked over to help Maya set her broken arm. Although the self-healing ability of elves far exceeds that of humans, such injuries still require a long period of recuperation.

I looked down at the drow in front of me. Well, this one is okay, not off-putting. If grilling...

Maya suddenly had a bad feeling.

"Master, Maya saved me; she is a friend!" Shea hurriedly said, sensing the change in the atmosphere.

Forget it, just be a tongue!

"I need you to elaborate on the situation of this place," I said, looking down at Maya.

Maya swallowed and nervously grabbed Shea's arm. She had once been a protector, but now she had to rely on Shea.

"Master True Dragon, we drow..."

Under Maya's narration, I began to have a deeper understanding of the surrounding area.

"The Underdark world here is very large, and Maya has never been to many places since she was born.

There are many creatures living here, and their group of drow elves came here a long time ago. So they actually belong to outsiders, having obtained the territory after expelling the aboriginal cavemen here.

The drow elves have a total of ten cities here. The closest to here is Menzoberranzan. The city was built in caves that were rich in water and food.

Although the drow are dark elves, they still inherit the elegance of the elves. They carve stone as skillfully as the best dwarf artisans, and it retains the unique aesthetic concept of the elves.

"Master True Dragon, I, Maya, pledge my unwavering loyalty to you in the name of Goddess Lolth, from this moment onward and for all eternity!"

Maya immediately began to express her loyalty. She has never heard of a dragon, let alone a black dragon, in this area for so many years in the underground world. But she had read enough to know about dragons.

Thus, it was obvious that this black dragon was an outsider. And according to the temperament of the evilest of dragons, 'he will do things.' So Maya decided to lead the way to the party.

This opportunity may come once in a lifetime.

My huge head approached the drow in front of me.

"No condition is the biggest condition!" I said.

Maya lowered her head and said nothing. She could no longer live with the drow, and this was her last struggle.

"Do you have any resources here? Like ores or some rare material?" I continued to ask.

"There are a lot of fine gold ore veins in this area, as well as some ordinary iron ore veins. I heard that there are silver ore veins in Charleston City... Apart from the ores, there are all kinds of things that grow underground. Herbs and such..."

"Adamantine ore?" I asked.

Maya drew a dagger from her waist with one hand. The dagger was black, with many runes outlined in silver thread. There was a red spider pattern on the handle.

"This is a weapon made of a supernatural, super-dense metal like adamantine!"

I looked at the dagger, which was many times smaller than a toothpick to me.

This thing should be good!

"Very good!"

"Maya, tell me more information about Menzoberranzan City in detail. We have to prepare to get back my city and fine gold ore veins!"

Winnie and Shea looked at each other. The two understood each other through eye contact.

Winnie: Lord Saron said to take back his city and fine gold veins?

Shea: It seems so...

Winnie: The problem is that Master seems to be here for the first time?

Shea: It seems so...

Winnie: ...

Maya was not surprised by what the master said; after all, she knew a little about Chromatic dragons. These guys are very obsessed with treasure and wealth. They think they are born to have it, entitled to all the wealth in the world, and are born rulers...

---

"There are two main factions in Menzoberranzan City. One is the drow noble family, and the other is the drow merchant clan.

"Actually, the only thing we need to solve is the drow aristocratic family. Among them, the Black Demon clan is the dominant one, and the current mistress is Elise!

"The strength of the Black Demon clan is extraordinary. They have occupied Menzoberranzan City for a long time. They have many drow mages and elite fighters. It is said that there are also spider drows among them...

"Moreover, Menzoberranzan City's defenses are very strong. It has tall walls built with special materials, and there are many domesticated giant spiders as guards. These giant spiders make the city full of spider webs that take away poison...

"We can subdue some small clans from the outskirts of the city to accumulate strength, and then send spies to infiltrate the city. After that, we can cooperate from inside to outside..."

Maya was still talking about the strength of Menzoberranzan's defense and her plan, but I was already impatient and directly interrupted Maya's speech.

"I feel like we have a plan with less effort and more results!"

"Master Dragon, what is your plan?" Maya asked curiously. That was the best plan she could think of just now.

"You tell me where the city is, and then I'll go over and tell them that the city is mine, and just kill all who dare to oppose it!" I yawned. Since I came here in the Underdark world, I feel like that weird feeling of being watched has disappeared, so I am prepared to do this the direct and easy way.

The idea of surrounding the city with tribes, as Maya suggested, is good, but it is based on the assumption that I am a rookie. And now, I don't consider myself a rookie.

So it would be better to come here in the open.

No matter what clan it is, as long as they obey me, they will stay. If they do not obey, it will just be a few more heads on pikes for others to see and learn.

It's as simple as that! 'As the Great Da Vinci said, simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.'

After all, this is an extraordinary world, and I don't need to talk to my subordinates or be friends. This is completely unnecessary. On the contrary, it may be better to make your subordinates fear you. I saw this very clearly.

And if I can't beat it once, then I'll come back a few decades later and try a few more times.

I don't believe they would still have the power to resist after blowing up that city with my breath a dozen times a day like a bomber.

And I am more flexible than any bomber. My defense is also stronger, and it is difficult to hurt me with ordinary attacks.

I also wanted to understand why the observer's beholder's magic didn't work on me. That's because my physique and magic resistance are too strong, and I was exempted from the damage and negative effects directly...

With the skill of the Void Feast and healing spells, I am not afraid of injury, let alone consumption.

But that is my own city!

If it is broken, it needs to be repaired!

Heh, I didn't fix it myself anyway! But the money would come from my treasury.

I thought the plan was perfect.

Maya felt a little speechless when she heard the Master's 'Master Plan.'

It's funny to think about it; she actually believed that a dragon would have some profound plans just now.
