"A wedding band? What for? Why am buying your wedding band?" Delilah asked in disbelief a short while later when they walked into a jewelry store not far from the club and Hunter picked out a set of wedding band.
"Because it's what I want. Are you going to pay for it or not?" He asked, and she frowned.
"If that's what you want, I guess I have to pay for it. But you should know that if I were your partner I would be mad if I found out another lady paid for our wedding bands," she said, and Hunter smiled.
"Don't worry. I'm sure she will understand when she finds out about it," Hunter said easily.
"Wait! What? That was how you got me to pay for the rings?" Delilah asked, bringing them back to the present.
Hunter chuckled, "You understand now, don't you?"
"You're a dirty bastard," she muttered, and he grinned.
"How could you really not remember anything? It's still amazes me that you totally blanked out," Hunter said, and she sighed.
