[The Precinct]
Chief Harris burst into the Precinct with a group of officers following him. His phone was pressed to his ear as he spoke urgently to his superiors.
"Yes, sir, I understand the gravity of the situation," he said, his voice strained but controlled. "The caller claimed responsibility for the murders and seems to be taunting us."
He gestured for the officers to follow him into the conference room, where a large whiteboard displayed the details of the ongoing investigation.
"We need to trace the call immediately," he continued into the phone. "I'll need all available resources - tech support, surveillance teams, and a media blackout on this development until we have more information."
