The Keeper's tone softened, an eerie gentleness replacing her earlier intensity. "Raika, close your eyes a bit," she instructed, her voice almost a whisper.
Raika hesitated, her heart pounding. "Why?" she asked, her voice trembling with uncertainty.
The Keeper chuckled softly, the sound echoing through the dark labyrinth. "If you ever want to get out of here, just follow my instructions," she said, her voice both soothing and sinister. "Trust me."
Raika took a deep breath, her fear mingling with a desperate hope. "Okay," she whispered, closing her eyes tightly.
The darkness around her seemed to press in closer, and she could hear the Keeper's footsteps moving around her. The sound of her laughter, low and melodic, filled the air.
"Good," the Keeper said softly. "Now, keep your eyes closed and listen carefully. What comes next will determine everything."
