When the two men finally disappeared into a door in the alley, silence filled the space once again.
Anna took a deep breath, trying to calm her racing heart.
She knew she had to maintain her composure, especially because the boy next to her seemed quite scared.
He was completely still, his eyes still fixed on the spot where the men had been just moments before.
"They're... they're gone," murmured Anna, though her own voice trembled slightly.
She couldn't help it. The situation had been too dangerous, and even though she had managed to turn back time and avoid the danger, the tension still weighed on her body.
'Focus... I have to calm him down so he doesn't do anything stupid,' Anna thought, knowing that now she had to soothe the boy she had just saved.
"Everything's fine now," Anna continued, softening her tone as she looked at the blonde boy. "There's no danger anymore. We can leave."
