After bowing and saying goodbye to everyone, he quickly ordered a black hover van before swiftly leaving the building. He really did not want to bump into Mo Hyun-Ki again. He did not think he had the strength nor the meatal fortitude to deal with that annoying gnat at the moment.
Not to mention, he was in a hurry so that he might at least catch some of Joon-ah's swim meet. He did not have the time to mess about with anything, so it was best he heads straight for the front gates where his black hover van should be waiting for him.
He did not even want to take the time to change, as he was worried, he might not make it in time if he dillydallied at all. So, he left the Culinary & General Arts building still donned in his chef's wear and sipping on his match milk tea with boba while conversing with Solaris through their mental link.
-Nix: - ... (￣～￣;) ... - 'Solaris do you think we will make it in time to see Joon-ah compete? I want to surprise him, and I know he will be just as excited as I am if I manage to make it.'
-Solaris: - ' ... ヽ(￣ω￣(.. )ゝ ... - 'Let me calculate really quick.... yes, by my calculations we should be able to make it though we will miss part of it, but you should be able to see Joon-ah compete if nothing goes wrong or drastically changes.'
-Nix: - ... (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و ... ＼＼\(۶•̀ᴗ•́)۶//／／ ... - 'Good, good deal. I was really worried that I would not be able to make it. I really want to make it. The original Beyol Bong Tae-Hwan hasn't been able to attend that one of Beyol Joon's swim meets since they were little, before he presented as an omega and a dominant at that.

-Nix: - ... (^_~) ... - 'Sure, sure, completely not biased at all.'
-Solaris: - ' ... ヽ(´Д｀ヽミノ´Д｀)ノ ... - 'What? No, seriously Mama Phoenix you really don't understand...'
-Nix: - ... [cut Solaris off before he could finish that thought] - ... 〣( ºΔº )〣 ... - 'Solaris, calm down sweetie I was just teasing. I did not mean to get you all riled up. I am in no way discrediting your words or viewpoint. Hehe, I have to say you are cute when you get riled up though. Well at least now that I know your true form. I can't help but picture you right now.'
-Solaris: - ' ... (〃 ω 〃) ... [At a total loss for how to feel let alone respond] - 'Ummm. Ummm. Ummm. Mama Phoenix y... y... yo... you are so naughty!'
-Nix: - ... ᵒʰ(⑉・̆⌓・̆⑉)ɴᴏ ... ᚍ〣( º ﹏º )〣ᚍ ... (*_ _)人 ... - 'I am sorry baby boy please forgive this foolish Mama of yours. I will do my best not to tease you too much in the future. I know that there is a fine line between playing and being mean whether it be intentional or not.'
-Solaris: - ' ... ( •́ ⍨ •̀) ... - 'Oh, okay. That will be alright, I don't mind some teasing and playfulness though so please don't be upset with me and not banter with me any more... I... I... I really like it but not if it is too much. Is that okay?'
-Nix: - ... (っ´ω`)ﾉ(╥ω╥) ... - 'Absolutely, of course it is sweetie. You did nothing wrong! In the future just tell me if I am pushing it too much and I will stop. I never want to hurt you intentionally or not!'
-Solaris: - ... (ﾐΦ ﻌ Φﾐ)ﾉ ... - 'Okay Mama!'
He could hear the embarrassment and shyness in the little one's voice as he said that last part and it only made him want to teas Solaris even more, but he restrained himself once he remembered that Solaris is still a small child in many ways. Teasing Solaris playfully was one thing, but he never wanted to hurt him. The thought of him bulling a child made him sick to his stomach.
He would always do his best not to do that.
The way he treated and interacted with Solaris has changed quite a bit since he saw his true form and even more so after finding out he was still a small child.
Before he knew that Solaris was an actual being and not just an A.I. bot he was able to start to recognize the feelings he had for him was more of family.
Not just "friends" and that sentiment grew stronger when Solaris explained he was still technically a small child in as he ages differently. When Solaris broke down and bawled and opened up to him about wanting a mother and child relationship, he realized he had wanted that too.
And that is how they ended up here, he was still trying to figure out how to go about all this. 'Ha, guess this is what every new parent goes through. I am sure there is not a parenting book out there that would relate to my situation but perhaps I should read a few of them seeing I have no fucking clue what I am doing! But still, I would not give up Solaris for anything.'
This time he made sure to block his private thoughts from Solaris. He may not have a foul mouth when he speaks out loud, but his own thoughts are just that his own. Except, now he had to make sure to block his thoughts if he were going to curse, as annoying as that is he would do it.
As he reached the black hover cab the piolet alighted and bowed to Phoenix after opening the door for him to enter. He flashed a brilliant smile at the female piolet who found her cheeks heating until they along with her ears were bright red.
The poor woman did her best to stay professional and took a few deep calming breaths before boarding and taking the piolet seat again. She had to clear her throat when she went to confirm the destination.
Nix could not help but chuckle at this. He smiled and winked at the poor woman who turned as red a ripe strawberry all the way from the tips of her ears down her neck. It was easy to deduce that she was most likely sporting just as red cheeks again.
After activating the privacy feature, Solaris "popped" out and stood on his lap looking straight into his eyes, and just shook his head.
-Nix: - [head cocked to the right, left brow raised] - 'What? Hehe. I know you have something to say.'
-Solaris: - "Mama, you really are naughty. You knew that poor woman was already feeling shy and embarrassed and yet you just had to tease her. You should be careful who you flash your smiles to like that. They are enough to make anyone fall in love with you, and you don't want to go seducing every Tom, Dick and Harry out there now do you?"
-Nix: - "Of course not but she is cute, and I could tell she was already nervous. It is easy to see she is still very much green when it comes to this job. I could not help myself. But I will do my best to behave and save my smiles for my sweet baby Solaris, how does that sound?"
-Solaris: - [grumbles under his breath] - "Ok I will hold you to that but with a few exceptions."
-Nix: - "Oh really and what are those exactly?"
-Solaris: - "Your family and destined soulmate if you happened to find him."
-Nix: - ... (¬‿¬ ) ... - "Him? You seem mighty sure as that I will have one in this life and that it is a man. What do you know that you are not telling me?"
-Solaris: - ... (ఠ ̥̆ ఠ) ... "What?! No, it is not like that I was just saying. I guess what I should have said was him or he. Anyways, I am gonna snuggle up on you lap and take a nap now. Wake me when we are close, please and thank you kindly Mama Nix."
Solaris did not even wait for his response before the little phoenix-dragon did exactly as he said he would. Once Solaris was comfortable, he closed his eyes and napped. He found himself stroking and petting the little guy again and unconsciously smiled so tenderly that one would acquaint it to a new mother gazing at their newborn while they slept.
Before long He scooped Solaris up and cradled him in his arms as he continued to stroke his little head and gently rock him back and forth.
He decided to let it go, after all it is probably just as Solaris said, and not a Freudian slip. He did already tease the poor little guy enough as it is and this is most likely his way of running away in embarrassment.
Still, he couldn't completely dispel the tiny voice in the back of his mind trying to warn him of something, but he did not want to think hard on it so chose to ignore it for now. It was more than likely just him being paranoid as usual.
He turned his focus back to the sleeping baby phoenix-dragon in his arms and felt a rush of joy and love that he could not recall ever experiencing before. Though it took him aback a bit he found that he didn't mind it, on the contrary actually.

A woman in her late 30's wearing an elegant silver designer label power suit and 4-inch stilettos and striking royal blue hair, was currently giving a revised report.
"As we have previously discussed all the candidates for The Chef & The Celebrity have been chosen and emails have been sent out for them to come in two days' time to sign the contracts, film their introduction videos and randomly find out who they will be paired with."
I worry that the whole process may take more time than we have allotted due to the updated terms and conditions that our sponsor Dragon's Breath. But with the new budget increase I think we can manage just fine if we spread it over 4-5 days. But we could manage 2-3 days tops if we house them locally." Said a handsome middle-aged male alpha who visibly looked stressed but tried to remain professional and accommodating."
An older redheaded alpha male spoke up when the blue hair alpha finished speaking, "That is true yes, but we do not have the accommodations for that. I still think it is best to have the participants all come in a quickly sign the contracts early in the morning and then we can just film everything later that day. Why must we have them sign such extensive contracts? I have never had to have my contestants or talents go through such a long and drawn-out vetting process and D.N.D. before. And have never had a problem in the past so this time should be no different."
The red-haired alpha promptly shut his mouth when the office began to fill with dark and imposing pheromones, and he could have even sworn the temperature dropped by a few degrees. He quickly bowed his head and wiped the sweat from his forehead while secretly glancing at the striking and imposing figure seated behind the desk.
The room feel into silence as loud as death which made the snort that came next sound like an explosion. Both the red hair alpha male and the royal blue hair female alpha, shivered in fear.
The man who had just spoken nervously looked over at a domineering alpha who looks to be in his mid 20's with a very imposing and dominant aura. He was like an emperor sitting on the throne that is the grandiose desk chair that looked as if it could accommodate at least 2 beta males. Yet this young man filled it up as if it were a typical executive desk chair.
He sat behind a grand desk made of purpleheart wood inlayed heathergems and an intricately intertwined gold dragon and platinum phoenix on the front. It sat higher than that of a typical desk to accommodate the taller than average height and long legs of the young dominant alpha.
The handsome younger alpha had black, slightly wavy hair, icy blue eyes that were framed by thick manicured eye browns. He had a sharp and strong jaw line that ended in a strong slightly square chin with a small cleft. His tall and straight nose was perfectly ratioed to the rest of his facial features and paired well with his high and prominent cheekbones. He had eye catching red thin but soft heart shaped lips.
He sported a custom three-piece suit that could emphasized his already strong and broad shoulders and back. Despite sitting behind the imposing desk, one could still easily see how broad and muscular his chest was by the way his button-down shirt and vest fit him like a second skin. It would be easy to assume that his arms along with the rest of his body was just as sculpted.
The young alpha was the epitome of the perfect alpha specimen in every way, including his aura and pheromones. It was because of all this that the older alpha was figuratively sweating buckets.
He really did not want to cross or even upset this younger alpha after all Choi Yongbok was a dominant alpha and he could easily suppress and squash him without even lifting a finger.
Despite the older alpha being the C.E.O. of Cleabo Entertainment & Production Studios he truly was no match for Choi Yongbok, not in terms of power, money, name or secondary status.
Despite what the general population thinks, Choi Yongbok is anything but the bright, cheery and friendly prince that everyone sees him as. That is just his on-screen persona, to all those who know him personally or in the business world he is a cold, distant, domineering and ruthless alpha.
Choi Yongbok sat there staring at the older alpha with a blank face as he took in what Leonis Xander Cleabo. Finally, after a several long moments Choi Yongbok sat forward, placing his elbows on the table and steepled his fingers together.
He looked as if he were thinking about it but in reality, he was just enjoying watching the older alpha slowly drowning in despair. He decided to have a bit more fun to see how far he could push the man by letting out his oppressive pheromones.
Once Leonis Xander Cleabo was panting due to the weight of the oppressive pheromones and Choi Yongbok was sure the man was about to soil himself at any moment he decided that it was enough, for now and slowly retracted his dark pheromones.
"That sounds reasonable, let's do that. You can even house them in my luxury hotel downtown in the entertainment district. And I want Pheonix, I mean Beyol Bong Tae-Hwan assigned to the suite of my choosing. I also want him to go last, and as I have stated before I want him as my partner for the show! This is all non-negotiable.
I mean I am the one that is financing most of this and even the one putting up the grand prizes and doing you a favor by participating on the verity show.
After all I don't need the exposure and since I am an investor in this show, I will not be getting paid up front for it but getting a percentage of the profits.
I am aware that plan is that the chefs would be randomly paired with the celebrities, but this is one thing that I am serious about.
You are capable of this are you not? Because if you can't I have no problem completely tanking this show and taking you and your whole enterprise and burn it down to the ground then flush the ashes down the toilette.

Names in this day and age all have strong meaning to them either holding on their heritage or where they were born. The also range from 3- 5 names on average since the population is so large it helps keep people know who you are talking about a bit better.)
