The following day went uneventfully much like the night before. Kael had finished his secret talks with the prince sometime in the night hours much after she had slept. And when Rosa woke up, all that was left of Kael Dragomir was a note saying he would be with the Crown Prince again today.
Next to the note was a basket of freshly baked bread, puffy and steamy, perhaps the best she had ever tasted. "Heavens, this is too delicious to be true~" she savored each bite as she got dressed.
The day before, Rosa had planned to wait for an opportunity to meet Erland's sister, but with her morning starting off so well, she decided to take matters into her own hands.
