"Okay. Show him to the guest living room. I'll be there shortly," Storm replied and waited till the footsteps rescinded.
He nodded at Raven and stood up.
Raven's eyes escorted him halfway across the room before she spoke. "So what do we do now?"
Storm halted, half turning to face her. There was only one thing to do. "For now, I suggest you get more rest."
Raven watched him walk to the door.
She didn't know if it was because she didn't want to be alone or she didn't want him to go.
Storm sensed the sadness in her and smiled. "They'll be here soon to take care of you. For now, you can tour the house at will. I'll be with you soon."
He left right after, leaving her to what thoughts made her happy. But Raven knew it would take more than that.
"Tori." Her wolf remained silent. "Tee, what's up?" The same response was met.
