When lunch was done, Raven was tempted to bring up the issue about Storm's past but she held a leash on her curiosity and let him be.
They stood up, exiting the dining room but just as Storm was about taking his leave, Raven voiced out, "Thanks for your hospitality, Storm but, I think it's about time I left."
Storm halted. "Why would you do that?"
"Because the last time I checked, we were not on good terms and I was leaving Vox Ville. This..." she spread her hands to the side, "doesn't change anything."
"So are we going to spend the rest of our lives apart from each other or are we going to try to fix what was broken?"
"Broken?" She scoffed. "You broke everything between us. Besides, you survived the last six months without me in the picture pretty well."
