Once the class was over, Ebony met with Ravana as planned and they both walked behind Time, who was still giving her cold shoulders.
''Did he agree for me to ride home with you?'' Ravana distracted her from thinking that something was definitely off with Time. It started after he came back from getting that lemonade for her.

''Oh, I forgot to ask if he is cool with it.''
Ravana stared at the tall form of the nephilim moving before them under her face cap.
''Let me,'' She said and stepped beside the nephimlim. ''Hey, Time. Guess what, I made a new friend when you were not around, and I need her to come with me to help with one project I am having difficulty doing. Is it okay if I should bring her along to the mansion? I promise to keep her away from Rayven as much as possible.''
Time only spared her a side glance and said nothing.
