Not to mention others, even Shisui felt a bit nervous.

Given his understanding of the higher-ups, if something like this happens, they would definitely be furious and the punishment could be severe.

"Tch!!"

As Kazuki opened the scroll, everyone was on edge. When Kazuki clicked his tongue with a smile, it almost made everyone"s hearts skip a beat.

"Captain, is the clan leader going to punish you severely?"

Jiro scratched his head and couldn"t help but ask.

"Get lost! Can"t you hope for something good for me?"

Kazuki kicked him in anger. Jiro didn"t dodge and stood there honestly, taking the kick, then grinned and rubbed the spot where he was kicked.

In reality, Kazuki didn"t use much force.

Everyone knew Jiro"s personality and didn"t bother with him.

"Alright."

Kazuki threw the scroll aside with a bad mood:

"Go do what you need to do. There's no big problem. I said there wouldn't be an issue, and you still didn"t believe me?"

"Kaze, later take the Sharingan to Kakashi, and buy some nutritional supplements to send along.

Also, get some snacks for our dear Shizune. Girls like these things."

"Is everything alright?"

Jiro was so happy he wanted to hug Kazuki, but when he noticed Kazuki giving him a terrifying look, he immediately chickened out and ran out:

"I just remembered, I have night duty. I'll go check, just in case something happens. It would be troublesome if an assassin tries to kill the Daimyo."

Good thing you ran fast!

Kazuki snorted, "What? If you want to see, then just look."

Before he finished speaking, Shisui, the fastest, had already snatched the scroll. The others could only wait.

"Kazuki, the clan leader says the Hokage demands that we apologize to Kakashi."

Kazuki instructed Kaze to deliver the Sharingan, but didn't even mention apologizing.

"We have to apologize?"

Kaze, holding the jar with the Sharingan, stopped as he was about to leave. He looked back at Kazuki, asking with his eyes if he should bring a sincere apology to Kakashi.

"You're so rigid, and you don't believe me."

Kazuki sneered:

"If we really apologize, that's when there's a problem. We need to act aggrieved, and sullen. Just send the Sharingan along with some supplements, nothing more."

"So that's how it is."

Shisui nodded slightly, feeling he had learned something new.

"Everyone, remember from today on, you must all act angry but restrained. I don't expect you to act perfectly, but at least keep a straight face and show no expression. If someone talks to you, don't respond. Just huff."

"Got it?"

"Yes!!"

Everyone answered in unison.

Kazuki waved his hand, "Alright, go do what you need to do. This matter is over."

The Uchiha dispersed, leaving only Shisui behind.

"Shisui, you're very smart, and so is Itachi. But your biggest flaw is not knowing how to be flexible. Many things can't be seen on the surface. Taking Kakashi's Sharingan might seem like a huge problem, but it's actually nothing.

As long as we give the Hokage a way out and provide a satisfactory result, the situation can be controlled."

"A lot of things can be flexible, including the misunderstandings and conflicts between the village and our clan."

Shisui fell silent, seriously thinking about Kazuki's words.

But he found that the more he thought about it, the less he understood.

But the fact was, Kazuki was right, and he was wrong.

"Maybe this is why you can help the clan, while I only bring trouble."

Since he couldn"t understand, he decided not to think about it.

Shisui became more determined in his resolve. Kazuki was leading the Uchiha forward, changing the Uchiha and resolving the conflicts and misunderstandings with the village.

And he, Uchiha Shisui, was responsible for bearing the darkness alongside Kazuki.

It's good that you don't understand, because I don't really understand either. But I know the Third Hokage would never truly turn against the Uchiha. Knowing this is enough.

This gives us a lot of room to maneuver.

Shisui, my maneuvers are so high-level that even I don"t understand what they represent.

Whatever they represent, as long as I can gradually lead Shisui astray, turning him into a blade in my hand, that's enough. The rest doesn't matter.

In Kakashi's room, both Shizune and Tsunade were present. Tsunade relayed the village's message to Kakashi.

At the same time, Shizune was preparing to reattach Kakashi's eye.

"Tsunade-sama."

With a face full of "I'm very angry and dissatisfied," Kaze walked into the room. After greeting Tsunade, he didn't even glance at Kakashi, just placed the items on the table and turned to leave.

Putting on a face of being very angry but unable to explode?

This is my specialty.

Watching Kaze place the items and leave without even a greeting, let alone an apology, was telling.

Neither Kazuki nor Shisui, the two core figures, appeared. This spoke volumes.

Shizune stuck out her tongue and whispered, "It seems the Uchiha are very angry."

"It's normal for them to be angry."

Tsunade wasn't surprised at all and didn't take Kaze's attitude to heart:

"The Uchiha went so far as to risk accusations by attacking a fellow villager to retrieve the Sharingan, only to have to return it and apologize.

For them to restrain their anger and return the eye, along with some supplements and gifts, is already pretty good. An apology was never going to happen."

"If not for the pressure from the village, they probably wouldn't have returned the Sharingan at all."

"Enough idle chatter. That brat Kazuki still remembers you, see, he even brought snacks for you. Hurry up and reattach Kakashi's eye."

"He did not."

Shizune blushed and retorted.

Tsunade shook her head helplessly and got up to leave the yard.

Shizune could handle the rest. She didn't need to see the bloody scene.

Walking into the yard, Tsunade grumbled to herself:

"Damn brat, I said so many good things for you, and not a single bottle of sake."

"Bringing snacks for Shizune but not bringing sake for me!!

So unfair."

Hearing Tsunade's grumbling, Shizune smiled awkwardly and said to Kakashi:

"Kakashi, don't blame Kazuki. Everything he's done is for his clan. He... sigh."

"I need to remove the bandages to reattach your eye. It won't be as refined without an operating table, so bear with it, okay?"

"I'm not blaming him. As long as I get back the gift from Obito, that's enough."

Kakashi lay down calmly, allowing Shizune to remove the bandages and reattach his eye.

The procedure went smoothly, but there was some rejection, causing Kakashi's head to throb with pain.

The rejection seemed quite severe?

Before Kakashi could voice his concerns, Shizune explained:

"In theory, anyone can transplant and use the Uchiha"s Sharingan.

But since you aren't an Uchiha and don"t have their bloodline, there will be some rejection after the transplant. It's best not to use this eye in battle for a while."

"Understood."

Kakashi"s concerns eased with Shizune"s explanation, and he didn't think much more about it.

It"s normal to experience rejection with a transplant of something not originally his own.
